I recently shopped in the San Carlos store. A. New floor plan was recently implemented in the store. However designed the plan, clearly didn’t take the consumer into consideration. Good luck on sales! You need a full time guide walking with you at all times to find products. No isle grid exists. It’s a mess!

I have issues with shipments from REI generally, because the first part of the house number gets cut off, making 7600 look like 1600. Ontrac can't seem to figure this out promptly, and the issues keep delaying shipments. Most shipments are shipped from Goodyear, AZ.
