Worse than the IRS. You have to be on hold for half an hour before you can opt for the call back option. Then if you miss that call...you have to start all over again...but who cares bout people when you have a monopoly. They truly suck at everything...

City of Covington, WA requires recycling. Republic Services has used this as a billing ploy. They kept sending a bill, didnt have containers, didn't provide a service, just a bill. We moved away from Covington and still keep getting a bill. Im so over it. 😒 wheres the accountability?? Billing for services not rendered... read full comment

Absolutely TERRIBLE company. You should be embarrassed. Completely disrespectful to your customers and the community. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
