Ok, I'm done! 3 trips in one day trying to get my wife's meds her Dr. called in twice. Pharmacist refuses to do her do. How does she keep her job with that attitude!

Worst experience ever! Very rude and dismissive over the phone. Been trying to get a prescription refilled before it expired but couldn’t get ahold of anyone.finally got ahold of someone today, Provided feedback that i have tried calling for over a week and either no one picked up or I'm left on hold then hung up on. The pharmacy manager told me i am not allowed to share my poor experience because it’s not their fault and its rude of me to say anything negative about them. Pharmacy manager is very rude and doesn’t want to speak to or help people.

THIS PLACE IS SO BAD. I hate this location and I am finally moving to CVS. I’ve put up with A LOT of terrible service from this location. But this current issue is the final straw.
I’ve been waiting on my medicine refill since Aug 19th (two weeks ago) and there’s still no update on it— I’m completely out of my medication now. This happens more often than not, I have to visit them in store to get my refill worked on; leaving me to wait 30+ mins (at Safeway) to get my meds. Sometimes I go in and they tell me I can’t get my meds until the next day+! It wouldn’t be so bad if they’d use their phone, but whenever I call— no one picks up. I just tried to call them at least 5 times to get my refill moved along (been sitting ‘in progress’ forever in the app). I called 4 times and got to voicemail. One call got put on hold immediately and then I sat and waited for at least 10 mins before I hung up to call again.
The lines are also terrible and long all the time. They never have more than one person at the register. I’m sooooo annoyed. This place is the worst.
I’ve already reached out to Safeway’s customer service email as well.

if I could rate it a zero star I would. The amount of time I’ve had to wait in line is ridiculous!!! 30-40+ minute wait times (and I’m not exaggerating!!!). The lady at the front today was in jeans and crocs and didn’t care or seem to want to be there. Didn’t care for customers or the line she was accumulating. I only made it through in 30 minutes because multiple people in front of me left the line! I keep coming back to try and give them the benefit of the doubt, but I am proven again and again why this is worst pharmacy ever!!

The worst pharmacy by far. The employees are rude they hate their jobs and lives and wish to take it out on people. The lady that was working tonight Aug 20th just before close needs to be fired. The female pharmacist isn’t pleasant to work with either. They are disorganised already have a long line and takes one customer every 10 minutes because they’re so slow at moving and typing and walking and talking.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy you could go to. I will be switching my pharmacy today because I every single time I come to this location, they have poor customer service and have you wait ridiculous times for your medication after they text you saying it’s ready. I called the pharmacy over 15 times before I went there today and someone kept answering the phone and then immediately placing me on hold for hours without saying anything. I go to the store in person there’s literally ONE person in line and 3 women on computers pretending to be busy. I even called while I stood behind the one person in line and they still didn’t answer the phone. I told JATINDER that I was there to pick up my daughter’s medication and she told me a bold face lie that they didn’t have it in stock and that someone would deliver it tomorrow. when I refused to leave without my daughters medication, then they magically had it in stock!!! The fact that you would lie about not having medication in stock is beyond on me. It’s people like you that make the world is what it is today. You don’t want to do your job, then quit and let someone else do it. It’s so simple.

Wish there is zero star, I’ve never felt more discriminated against and disrespected. I waited in line for 40 minutes, only to be told my medication wasn’t ready and I’d need to wait another 20 minutes. I patiently complied. After an hour, I returned, but was still told to wait. I had to get back in line and wait another 30 minutes just to reach the counter for a status update. This is utterly unacceptable. The mismanagement and lack of organization at this pharmacy are astounding. They’re wasting precious time, and to add to the frustration, my patient was in the emergency room during this ordeal. This level of negligence and disregard is completely unprofessional and needs to be addressed immediately.

If I could give this a zero star I absolutely would. Every call you make gets instantly transferred to hold, every time I go in because they say it’s ready-I’m waiting an extra 40 when I get there, it’s ridiculous. I’ve never had such a hard time picking up the meds I need daily. Frustrating as a whole. Wouldn’t be leaving this review had yall answered your phone.

I came for a free walk-in flu vaccination, communication was misleading. First they told me to wait in a big line, only to find there was an open desk as soon as I was in the front, so honestly, that could’ve saved me time. Next, after I filled out paperwork, they told me to bring my insurance card by the time I’m called in. They also told me it would be a 20 minutes wait, so I walked around the store for only 7-8 minutes. Then I find that I was getting called in. I brought out my insurance card only for Christy to tell me she didn’t need it. She appeared very rude. I received my vaccination but the process should’ve been clear from the start.

Worst pharmacy ever. Currently standing on line. It’s been over 20 minutes and they’ve helped two people. They also know better than your doctor and WILL interfere with your treatment.

Prescriptions are never ready. They say 30 minutes then 2 hours later it's still not ready. Every visit has a new excuse as to delays. The system is down, the pharmacist isn't in, they can't find it.
If my insurance worked anywhere else I would go there.
