RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. INCOMPETENT. INCOMPETENT. INCOMPETENT. Called and was automatically put on hold, they picked it up didn’t say a word and put it on hold, waited and waited and waited till it hung up. They never let you know your script is ready or you have one that came in until they call you and say if you don’t come in tonight we are putting it back on the shelf. I have serious CONCERNS over my confidential information being kept private or secure. Always a huge line as well.

I received text message that my prescriptions are ready for pick up.I went to the pharmacy and a lady her name Junderia said come back tomorrow. She gives me a hard time,I was keep going back and forth 5days.Finally Martha help me out.

staff is beyond rude.they say your personal information very loudly in front of everyone else. they let people cut in line even if you've been waiting.nothing ever ready on time. "it will be ready tomorrow"go back next day: "the pharmacist is not filling this for another 2 days"the dr writes a script and it is supposed to be filled as they said. pharmacy staff are not the ones in charge. they do not get to decide whether or not to fill something.refuse to refill a new prescription even after dr confirmed. they really have no idea what they're doing there.save your time and energy go somewhere else. all the bad reviews are here for a reason.

Don't bother bringing your little one in for a flu shot. I made an appointment online for my 3 year old, and it asked for her birth date and let me make the appointment. It specifically said they do shots for 3 and up. She was all ready, mentally prepared for her shot, but when we got there the pharmacist said she is too young to get a shot at the pharmacy. Same thing happened at Fred Meyer yesterday, but they didn't ask for her birth date when I made the appointment (though it also said 3 and up on the website). The poor girl has thought she was getting a shot two days in a row now, and we still haven't been able to. It wasn't worth putting her through the fear and anticipation only to be sent away.

So wildly incompetent. Won't answer their phones, forcing you to go in physically to request the refill... so you can come back the next day and actually get that prescription....If only humanity had invented some kind of remote communication devices to save people from having to physically go somewhere for basic communication......Oh wait, we did invent them, they're called phones. What we apparently haven't invented is employee competence.

The cashier in the pharmacy insisted on getting my Personally Identifiable Information (PII) announced loudly next to the 8 waiting customers. I said I was concerned, but the person reiterated this is their policy and requested me state my PII outloud, including full date of birth and full name. So uncomfortable. So wrong.

This pharmacy has the most rude people that I've encountered. ? The guy is just straight mean and rude. When I asking question, he even not look at me and just told me "go see urgent care"! and he stopped other people who try to help me too ! I thought it was just me, but then I saw how he treated other customers too. He makes me feel hostile !

Got a covid booster, I only felt a bit of pressure. I'm afraid of shots but I must say that Shokralla the staff member who administered the shot was very friendly as well. I will definitely return for other shots and boosters that I may need.

I was the only person in line. There’s two pharmacist working and they didn’t even bother to look at me for 10 minutes. Then when one of them got to me, she said I was in the wrong line for vaccines? And then she told me to go to the other line while she served some other people who came later?

The staff is rude. They had 15 minutes left open my doctor had sent the rx hours earlier. He states sorry my wife and kids are here to pick me up we are done filling orders even though he’s the one that dropped the ball. No empathy at all. He was very condescending.

All I can say is that this pharmacy has the most rude people that I've encountered. ? I am thinking about transferring to the Safeway on Washington Street, they were very nice and respectful. The guy is just straight mean and rude. I thought it was just me, but then I saw how he treated other customers too.I don't even want to talk or deal with him. He makes me feel hostile for even going up to ask any questions.

They ALWAYS have issues refilling my meds and say it's my doctors fault.One pharmacist will say it is ready on one day, then another says it can't be refilled for several more days.They are a horrible pharmacy.Do yourself a favor and get your meds filled somewhere else. The convienence of getting them filled while you shop here doesn't work if they NEVER can fill your meds.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever interacted with. They were rude, unprofessional, and failed to disclose that my insurance needed updating and charged me for a regular prescription for over a year. To be clear, the staff is the issue. The one interaction I had with the head pharmacist was reasonable, but the other staff are terrible. My wife's OBGYN even told her this is the worst pharmacy in the area. A reputation they keep working hard to deserve.

Should've read other reviewers first before making an appointment hereI dont even want to call them pharmacy staff. The dude was so rude and dont explain things well even thought theres just me there and I already made appointment online but still have to wait for 30 minutes? What the use of making online appointment then ?
