I was in line for Starbucks and there was only 1 person in front of me. I guess the waitress (not gonna call her a barista) thought I had all day and proceeded to have a conversation with the girl in front of me. She only took her order and continued to have a conversation as if no one else was there waiting. Not cool. Not efficient. Not a good work ethic for starbucks or safeway.

The pharmacist Harvy, last night 03/28 at around 730pm, I understand it was close to closing, proceeded to yell at my spouse and I after we had left the ER about our medications. About how they were too expensive for him to fill and saying we were wasting his time and that we should know what our medications are for and that we need to talk to our doctor. We were able to get one medication filled which he proceeded to yell at us that it was a heartburn medication and that we needed to speak to our doctor. It was honestly quite awful considering we had been in the ER for 6 hours and I was in extreme pain and to be yelled at for 30 min about how stupid we are. The front desk won't even answer questions about medications.

I been trying to pick up one of my prescriptions, because they were telling me that the last Saturday was my last chance to pick it up before they sent it back. So, I try last Friday and they try charging me, when I’m on Medicaid. They tell me, ‘no copay till after the 22nd’. What? There should be no copay at all, I shouldn’t even be charged in the first place. So I come back today, and they tell me that it’s coming ‘directly from their fill line, and should be ready later today or tomorrow.’ So, they’re holding my meds, sent it back anyway and are now resending it over to the pharmacy because they couldn’t swindle me out of $14? Make it make sense.

Think twice about filling your prescriptions here. Everytime we try to refill or fill a new prescription they dont fill or do anything until you call them. You have to follow up and hold hands everytime a prescription is needed. This is not just one or two instances it is every time.

I would give this place a zero star rating if I could. I couldn't find anyone to help me unlock the batteries to purchase and the manager didn't care one bit. So I am making my purchase somewhere else. I understand that everyone is understaffed, but when the manager is standing around doing nothing, it makes it that much worse.

Honestly, pharmacist is too busy talking behind the counter to accept phone calls from my provider to release my prescriptions to me. I’m literally standing here watching her chat with her co worker (about personal business) as i hear the phone ring twice from my provider and she’s ignoring it. She’s an Asian pharmacist with black hair and the pharm tech she’s too busy in discussion with is a short gray hair short asian woman.

PISS POOR SERVICE FROM PHARM TECHSLast week I got my fu vaccine at the pharmacy and had to wait at LEAST 30 minutes before the tech gave me the vaccine. The dumb dumb tech came into the waiting room, didn't even greet me, fiddled with the thermostat for at least 5 minutes, told me she'd help me then got supplies and went back to through the door. She came back a few minutes later to help me. They dumb dumb pharm techs at this location LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE and PEOPLE SKILLS. It's too bad customer's aren't their first priority. This location doesn't deserve any stars.

Often you have to wait at pharmacies to get through the line to get your prescriptions. The lines at the Safeway on Washington Avenue in Kent, WA are acceptably paced. But I want to give special recognition to Ellen. She has helped me several times and has always done an excellent job. I've meant to comment online before, but never got it done. Tell you what, Ellen always gets the job done in a very thorough but cautious manner. She gets five stars by me!
