Safeway tries and that's that. Produce good and we need to support the employees. Always a contrAct coming but I worked meat dept. Cut everything early hand cut everything no frozen packaged. 👍🏾

I used to shop here all the time but no more. I asked to use their restroom and they said no. Left my groceries in the basket and went to Fred Meyer. They had no problem letting me use their restroom. Is what kind of a business is Safeway?

While I understand safety and possible theft concerns due to homeless and others, to post restrooms as permanently closed is a sign that there is a lack of care for others. I've seen many other Safeway stores with this same issue, solve it by use of code locked doors, instead of just "permanently" closing them.

Women in the pharmacy like to lie to people telling them that their lifesaving medication is too soon to fill and even though the people in the pharmacy told me it was ready yesterday. I got three different answers from three different people and chi chi is not the supervisor like I asked to be connected to.absolutely horrible customer service and an incredible lack of integrity to lie about someone’s medication and try to make the customer sound like it is their fault. Boo thumbs down.

Zuri is a cashier to stay away from. She is very rude to female shoppers while flirting with male shoppers. She goes to work in dirty clothes all the time and typically smells bad. She makes snide remarks to customers about other employees. She is just an all around nasty, rude person. She has threatened her co workers with work place violence. Management has done nothing to discipline her, there are more complaints then I can go into. I waited for the store manager to.contact me today about her, with No Call. There are a few great PIC'S. Athena, Silka and Kaya are amazing at there job and go above and beyond. I love how friendly everyone is except for Zuri. I have shopped in this store since 2008 and hope to continue shopping there. Something needs to be done as work place violence is not acceptable.

This has been my main/only store for groceries for the past 2 1/2 years. I have to say, it's probably the worst Safeway store I've ever been to. Shelves are on the bare side. Produce quality and prices leave a lot to be desired. Customer service is pretty much non-existent; when you do get help, other employees almost always interrupt with topics having nothing to do with me or the issue I'm getting help with. I consistently hear employees complaining about customers and other employees. I just hate going there but have no choice as I can't get anywhere else. Then to top it off, I needed to turn in some change today, $3, and was denied! When I questioned it, I was told it's a new policy or rule or whatever she called it. Absolutely ridiculous! They get the majority of my money but can't buy $3 worth of quarters from me?! Sooo angry! This is what more than 40 years of being a loyal customer to Safeway is worth??

Went to customer service today, aprox between12:30 and 1pm. The first person did not acknowledge my presence whatsoever. The next associate became free, so I handed my receipt from yesterday showing 2 items that were in error(allergenic). To clarify thr associate asked the 1st one if it was OK. The 1st one swept into her office without responding. When I rapped on her office window to explain it was Safeway's error she was very snippy and said I needed to go to some other store and why couldn't I do that! I showed her my walker and dependant on the Dart bus that doesn't go there. She (her badge said Natalie) walked away. The associate was terrified of her supervisor, BUT she did call the store manager who okayed the exchange. The one who helped him was headed for more berating; I did appreciate her help! But Natalie...I worked in customer service for several years and I would have he retrieving shopping carts

Paid $6.99 for roastbeef and cheddar sandwich this morning to have at lunch. No I didn't eat it! Safeway, do better that is disgusting! My dog eats better looking beef! If I would have consumed that I could have gotten food poisoning! $6.99 that you got from me today will the last $ I spend at this Safeway.
