Update: Changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars.Either they listened to my feedback or the devil has been banished from this side of the city. The dock is cleaner and more organized than I’ve ever seen it, and my freight is in good condition. Should I expect more of this in the future?Thanks

SAIA used to have a reputation of not being too good. We have been receiving motors from them and over the last 6 months we have been very happy. On time, responsive, and the prices are very competitive.
