Kira is such an amazing stylist, helpful, thoughtful, and very kind. She did so amazing on my hair, I had a very scary incident which involved a color correction right before my wedding and she absolutely went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful on my special day. She had made a super loyal customer out of me and I don’t ever want to go to anyone else! Thank you so much Kira for my color and extensions I can’t explain how grateful I am to you!

I have gone to this salon for many years, and Cindy is not only a wonderful person, but she is an EXCELLENT hairstylist. I have seen many women who have had other stylists do their hair, too, and they ALWAYS look great as they leave the shop. You can't go wrong at Wilder and Free!!

My wife went here because of the amazing reviews and unfortunately she left disappointed. She requested a light brown dye and she did not get, the lady advised that she can come back to restrip it and she can try again.
My wife was too embarrassed to go back in and have it fixed to her liking so she didn’t go back in.

I booked an appointment at 9:15am, but when I got there, my appointment apparently was properly booked since I was supposed to receive a confirmation text. I was supposed to have my very first date later that night and when the staff heard the situation, they immediately had the first stylist coming in to work to style my hair. My hair looked beautiful and as I went to pay, everyone wished me good luck on my first date. I was so moved by their care and support! My date turned out very memorable, so thank you, Wilder +Free team!

I have been going to this hair salon for about 10 years now. Christine is an amazing hairstylist, very knowledgeable and super friendly. If you are unsure about the hairstyle or cut. She can provide suggestions into what she thinks would look best. I love the comfortable feeling of the salon and the warm welcome. I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone.

I absolutely adore Kira!! I have been a longtime customer, and I can honestly say I will be for life! She is not only incredibly talented but also such a kind and personable soul. She always knows exactly what my hair needs, and every visit feels like catching up with a lifelong friend. I leave her chair feeling like a new person every single time. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about you and your hair, she’s the one! I have curly hair and that makes bleaching/haircuts a really stressful ordeal but I don't feel that way with her!

Got my haircut by Kyla Peda this evening, at this salon. Could not recommend her or this place more. I noted in my booking that I was donating my hair and how I wanted it cut before shampooing and they called ahead of time, to clarify so they were better set up for my appointment. Kyla had hair ties ready to go when I sat down.
The shampooing was nice and relaxing. She gave a great head massage and was very attentive to not get water in my ears.
Haircut was exactly what I asked for. And Kyla was great to chat witg, while she cut my hair. The salon itself is clean and inviting, the station chairs are comfortable. It isn't super fussy, pretty calm environment without being like a generic Supercuts or other $20 haircut place.
As someone who grows their hair to repeatedly donate, I don't get large haircuts and styles often. But I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this salon to others!

Mediocre service but very friendly staff. But their organization is TERRIBLE. I received confirmation texts for an appointment I had already cancelled. So I responded to the texts stating I would not be at the appointment and that it had been cancelled. Because there was no response I called three times. On my third call I was finally able to speak with reception and she told me she didn't see my appointment and that it must have been a software error. So I CONFIRMED that there was no appointment and that it had been cancelled and I would NOT be charged for a no-show/late cancellation. She assured me I would not be. Day of the appointment I receive a call asking me where I was...apparently the appointment was somehow still in there system. :/ Second time having major scheduling issues with them out of my three appointments.
