I was very impressed with the responsiveness of this company. Not just the responsiveness but the quality of the communication. Clear and professional from start to finish. I received 3 quotes and theirs was the best estimate. Time for install was similar for all 3. So with great pricing and great service, we decided to move forward with this company. The installation was done properly and the team arrived on time. Overall, I am very glad I chose this glass company and would highly recommend them.

First class glass! They communicated clearly through text, give me a good quote, the measurement was super fast, installers just a few days later and done and maybe 20 minutes. Mike is super efficient and go to his job. Window looks great. Would definitely come back to this company again!

Wow, their service was excellent. I was having no success getting a window repaired by the company who made the window. I contacted Seattle Glass and they quickly picked up the window and contacted the company to have an exact replacement window pane made. So the window is perfect now. And they returned the window to me so that I did not need to drive to their location to pick it up.

I wholeheartedly recommend Seattle Glass and Window. Mehrdad was efficient, extremely competent, responsive, and friendly. He replaced my window and screen quickly and perfectly. I am so happy with the results. Reasonable price, too! I will never use any other company for window repair or replacement. These guys are pros.

Super happy with Seattle Glass and Window. My son broke our neighbor's window with a whiffle ball, and they quoted us a great price for replacing it. It was fixed the next day. Mike was great to work with. Will be using them again if we ever need glass replaced.

They did the job quickly, efficiently, with great quality, and at a very reasonable price. Very friendly, professional, and responsive staff, especially Mehrdad and his wife. It's been a couple of years since they installed the windows and all windows have been great: They isolate both noise and heat.

I don't normally leave reviews of businesses, but I was so impressed by the excellent customer service, speed, and professionalism of Seattle Glass and Window that I had to write one. My back patio sliding door was smashed when my house was broken into recently. Other glass shops were closed over the weekend, but Seattle Glass and Window responded quickly and boarded up the patio door within a few hours of my call. I used their service again when I had the glass pane replaced, which only took one week from the time we placed the order. I would not hesitate to use Seattle Glass and Window again for all my glass installation needs and would highly recommend them to everyone else!

These guys are super responsive, do very high quality work and have great up-front pricing. Came in to replace some failed double pane windows, worked extremely quickly, and left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. Came out for an estimate the same day I called, and had the windows installed within a week. Would (and will!) recommend to anyone.

Amazing work at my West Seattle house! I broke my window by pushing too hard on it while trying to open it. Called Seattle Glass and Window and Super fast response time with estimate and got me on the schedule as soon as replacement glass was ready for my double-hung, double pane window.Tech was super professional and clearly wanted to make sure the job was complete and accurate. I called maybe 10 other glass companies, got two other estimates, but no one could beat Seattle Glass and Window both on price and customer relations.

Our house was robbed and a bathroom window and French door were broken. Seattle glass was open on Sunday (I called around 4 pm) and I had an appointment set up for the next day. They were the nicest people, both on the phone and in person. They meticulously cleaned up all the glass and boarded up the windows. The windows were replaced a week later. He even put up the towel rack that the thieves knocked down climbing in the window. It's horrible to have your space invaded, but the people at Seattle Glass made this bad situation a bit better with their responsiveness and fine work.

We had an amazing experience with them to fix a broken window at our house. They responded quickly with a quote, came out to measure, ordered the glass, and installed all well within a week. The install was done very professionally and quickly. Fair pricing too. Highly recommend them!
