This is a fabulous store. I bought a Gone Fishing set from them about 3 years ago and love it. The quality is great and Customer Service is wonderful and personalized. This company goes out of its way to please. Sorry I did not write this review earlier.

Honestly the best place to shop for flatware. Huge selection paired with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Came in here looking to match my existing flatware and was immediately presented with multiple close fit options. Saved so much time just going to their showroom to get their recommendations in person.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I needed a cake knife and server for my daughter’s wedding and after choosing one on this site I gave them a call because I wanted a type of engraving that was not shown on the site. The set was only $34 but the owner of the company answered the phone and she spent fifteen minutes with me and gave me her ideas on the design and font that would best suit my needs. The set was shipped out almost immediately, was fantastic quality, beautifully boxed and the engraving was perfect. I could not be any happier with my purchase or the excellent customer service!

I had been wanting to order a few pieces of silver and I had been researching all over the web. I needed to avoid front porch delivery as I unfortunately live in a high crime city. I finally figured out I could have this delivered to a third party (UPS Store), where I could pick up for a nominal fee. I placed my order over the phone and the gentleman who helped me listened and did not ask me to repeat every little thing, but he did summarize the order at the end. The call didn't take long, the shipping didn't take long, and the order was perfect in every way! It was such a relief to have such a good experience all the way through! Wonderful! Thank you!

I love that this company weighs a place setting of the flatware and posts it on the website! Stainless, even standard brands that are 18/10, have gotten so lightweight. This feature helped me get a heavy, excellent quality set for a good price. Thank you! I love the Kate Spade.

Very happy with the price and service from this company. I ordered various flatware pieces to complete my set (somehow, teaspoons just disappear in my house, plus I needed two more place settings to get to 10). I placed my order on Monday, and received my items on Wednesday in the post. These guys are on it! Thank you.

I just purchased a beautiful simple design baby cup with engraving for the birth of my friends baby girl and they did a fantastic job. The cup not only is well made but the engraving is very nicely done. The package is also very nice and comes in a beautiful jewelry pouch inside a nice box Absolutely fantastic for the price. So if you if you don't have ideas of what to give I suggest to give them a try

Really super service from them! 11 mos. later, trying to figure out why my replacement Chambly teaspoon (the cutest ever) was turning a different color... They called me to get it sorted and addressed, and did so quickly with great help. (core issue: a silverplate spoon came to them marked as a stainless one). I really appreciate the thoughtful care for a purchase that was small but super dear to me! Bravo!

I ordered a crustal ornament for my mother for Christmas.Initially I was so disappointed as the package contained a gold ornament.When I was finally able to contact Silver Superstore they were great. (Amazon website for returns queries etc. is problematic and messed up initial request.)Once Silver Superstore finally received my inquiry, they called me directly. They promised to send out the correct ornament the first thing in the morning. So my mother will receive her ornament by Christmas.Silver Superstore's service was excellent in contacting me immediately and resolving the issue.Thank you all.
