I was looking to purchase a Honda HRV and they had one with low mileage for a great price! They provided excellent service and were super responsive. The car had a minor AC issue that they took care of! The entire process was transparent and the car is in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this dealer :)

I was searching for a used Subaru Outback to replace my daughter's Camry. They had one with really low miles and overall great condition. I'm a licensed aircraft mechanic, and Kamal gave me all the time I needed to inspect the car so I knew exactly what I was buying before I drove it. We negotiated a purchase price, and I put a deposit down to hold it until the following Saturday when I could come back with my daughter and drive it home. Smooth transaction with no hang ups and no pressure to buy. Kamal came into the office an hour early to accommodate our schedule on the day we completed the purchase. I appreciate the flexibility. Don't let the location or appearance fool you. The brothers who own the business are hard working, down-to-earth people with no frills. I would buy another car from them.

Bought a ‘14 mazda from here about a year and a half ago and within that time I’ve had to take it in about 5-6 times for problems. Spending around 5k to fix problems that would have been from them “fixing” it up before reselling it.
I spent way too much money on a car that needed so much work done to it.
One of these being - using adhesive to “fix” a problem with leaking oil over my engine rather than replacing the part.

Friendly and professional. They took the car to a mechanic down the road so that I could get a pre purchase inspection. Everything came back in great working condition. Kamal knew I had my baby with me when I came purchase the car and made sure all the paperwork was printed and ready to go so I could be in and out quickly.

Smart Motorz works hard to provide fair service, even communicating after business hours which isn’t typical for most car lots. If there are any concerns, I would highly suggest making contact with someone via phone or email and allowing them time to respond first. Overall, they were reasonable and cared about the service they provided.

I bought an 08 Prius 2 years ago, it not only had a missing lug nut, several were loose, (unsafe at any speed)??. Both the spare tire and accessory battery wells had several inches of water in them??. They also told me they didn't have paper to print me a Carfax, I saw several reams of paper in the office??. Never had such a bad experience with the dealership. In my view they are chislers. Also, their claim of free lifetime oil changes costs a $30 recycle fee??. Very unhappy with the purchase.

Excellent communication and punctuality. I purchased a vehicle as an out of state buyer and Rafik was happy to have a family member inspect the vehicle on my behalf. Also, he was prepared w/ the necessary paperwork for my specific situation which streamlined the process and made purchasing a breeze. I’d highly recommend if you are in the market for a used car.

Thanks Kamal for your tireless help with this gruesome 11hr transaction over two days, but it was well worth the wait and peace of mind for an amazing deal, not to mention the two complimentary annual oil changes for life- is unheard of anywhere with any other dealership!
