Not a good place to go to for Amazon returns. I usually go to UPS for my returns, but this was a bit closer. Went here about 2 weeks ago to return an Amazon order, and the young woman (named Cece) who helped me was very apathetic and needed to scan it a few times. I thought the return went thru 'cuz I saw her process it (and trusted her to do her job -- wrong move) and was in a hurry, so I didn't bother w/ a receipt. Well, it's been 2 weeks now and my return obviously wasn't processed. So I'm out $60 now.
The different woman I spoke to on the phone didn't have a better answer to help me either. They apparently just box it up and once boxed, they can't help you -- not even to look through the previous scans. Lesson is don't go here for your Amazon returns. UPS is better and always gets your refund back in 2-4 hours. This location sucks at Amazon returns. Don't trust them.

I wanted to say thank you to the employee who helped me with my order. I had just come from a negative experience at the Landing Staples store, so it was refreshing to be treated respectfully and with kindness. The young employee was the only one working the copy and print section, and there were a lot of people waiting, but she handled each one with patience and respect. She took my order with no problems after I had been given the runaround from the other store. So, thank you for good service.

Don’t come during the day to use the service including to just return an Amazon package..
They literally tell you to come in the early morning or late at night for faster service.. The ratio of help is one person to 15.

A very negative and neglectful experience, and unfortunately this happens from the manager of the place, her name is ( Kriti )
I have come here several times and had a happy experience before, but this time I did not find any disrespect. Also, one of the employees tried to help me but was terminated by his manager. I cannot believe what I saw.
