Me and my family were desperately looking for a room late at night. Making reservations online was not easy especially since we were tired. We started driving and finally after stopping at several places we drove upto the Sunset Motel. It was very affordable and it had a full kitchen that made it feel like home away from home. Check in only took about 8 minutes. The gentleman at the desk Drew was wonderful and very helpful. Also the name Sunset Motel agrees with this place because it faces Westward and has a beautiful view that you wouldn't expect within city limits. I look forward to going back someday.

It's one of my favorite motels when I travel. I always stay there they got good service good location and cleanliness room also safety gate and fenced.
I totally recommend it you should try it on your travel needs or vacation.

The best since 2018 that I been staying when I come from Arizona every trip it gets better now it's all gated and quiet and affordable for a great place I love this motel . Workers are awesome

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I had a woman who worked there put her hands on a friend of mine telling her she's gonna put her into a coma again n bust her head meanwhile spitting on her again this was someone who works at this motel doing this to a residents guest ... Not professional at all very tacky

This motel is more of a extended stay there are people living her long term including the employees. It may not look beautiful but it comfortable. Everyone is nice but stay to themselves since the manager does not allow visitors. This is because she don't want her motel a drug spot. The owner/manager which are mother and son are very respectful and try and work with you they are very kind hearted you can tell but also have been taken advantage of so strict at the same time. Wonderful place to stay long term if needed!

AWSOME place very friendly, clean, family owner business. This is a place I would recommend to others and definitely would stay again and again.
Rooms: Are very comfortable. They have tv, cable, phones in rooms. Some have full kitchens and are as big as a studio apartment. Love the room I rented there stay a very long time till I got a regular apartment. I would go back to just rent a room and visit the people I met there while staying and see the staff again. Very home feeling. Like I said it’s family owed and operated they are very friendly lot and everyone looks out for everybody.
Walkability: Walking is easy to get to bus stops are very close to motel if u r taking the local transit. Easy to find in walking distance to a grocery store, clothing store, nail shop, t mobile store, coffee stand, coffee shop, a few fast food places, gas stations, hair salon, Lowe’s close as well as Fred meyers is in walking distance, weed dispensary is in walking distance as well. I feel safe walking in this area as well.
Food and drinks: There are places directly crossed the street to eat at. AWSOME ice cream place as well recommend to stop there if u are visiting the area. Pizza place directly crossed street robinhood pizza I believe it’s called. Their pizza is delicious. Recommend them to eat at.

Great rates, will go out of their way to accommodate you with the money you have, but you must pay the rest expeditiously. Rooms are clean with adequate towels and toiletries. Make the Sunset Motel your stay when you're in Seattle.

The front door look like it had been kicked in in several times and it was hard to lock. The room that we got was on the end and there was a bunch of people standing there congregating and chit chatting also doing drugs... You could actually smell the nasty smell of what they were smoking!!! That's just a couple of things!!!

Everyone has their own opinion...me personally I've been here on and off for a while ....I have never had a problem the rooms are clean I've never seen a bug I have a nice car and it has never been damaged and I've fallen asleep with the windows down all night and no problem...the owner is amazing very understanding and patient...the ones who left bad reviews you must have pissed them off and got kicked out because the things you're saying aren't true... It's great and affordable

I have no rating for this drug infested dump they have Bed Bugs and Cockroaches it is very nasty and dirty the animals who owns this hole is a pest and ripping off people the pest mom and son I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE They lied about everything I was very disappointed with the lie when I showed up I decided to go somewhere else. These India people they slave the employees for the work they do. I have no rate but on order to post I have to rate least 1 but I have no rate at all
