Supreme Motors is different from the typical dealership - in the best way. The staff are honest, transparent and truly invested in doing things the right way. I appreciated the clear communication, the willingness to answer every question and the respectful, no-pressure approach. The owner is also extremely knowledgeable, which is something you don’t find at every dealership. Great experience and highly recommend!

Dishonest seller. Came in the morning to look at RX350 negotiated to 28k however wanted to look another two RXs before making decision. When we came back after a couple hours the seller refused to honor the price and wanted 1k more. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership due to malpractice sales and clickbait marketing. Thanks for wasting our time.
Update: I didn’t miss out anything and it wasn’t the best deal on the market. We bought another RX the next day for much cheaper. Owners attitude shows how they care about their customers, just disgusting.

I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I came with my husband to look at a car, potentially even to buy it today. But we weren’t even allowed to take it for a test drive to see how it actually runs. We were told that we had to say we were definitely buying the car before even driving it, just to check if it drives well. How am I supposed to say I’m buying a car if I haven’t even had the chance to test it? And at the end of the conversation, they were rude to us and said that we were “strange.”
I will never come back to this place.

Amazing dealership. Just bought an x5 from them and needed some work done on it and they got it all fixed and figured out for me. Pat and the team here really value their customers. And they got me a deal on my x5. They made everything straight forward and easy to work with no loops or troubles. Do not listen to any negative reviews on the place. These are honest people with amazing cars and great deals. Highly recommend this place.

kyle helped us and was AMAZING, not only made us feel welcomed but also made us feel included, he knew what he was doing. couldn’t say the same for the rest of the management or employees. looked like the team didn’t appreciate each other, overheard one employee talking bad about another employee.

DO NOT COME HERE. THEY SELL CRASHED CARS AND WILL NOT HONOR THEIR ONLINE PRICE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. JUST ANOTHER USED CAR DEALERSHIP TRYING TO. Very shady and unfaithful dealership. The price they put on their cars are not real and will add money on top disguised as a “anti theft protection” in the owners words “it’s a game we have to play or I won’t make money” The owner is very aggressive and yells like a child when you try to talk about pricing. Everything you say is wrong and not true. Only what he says goes. He will not negotiate the price at all instead he will add money on top. I went in to buy an Audi and was willing to pay asking price until he brought out the papers and we saw he had added money. In his words “if I don’t add that I won’t make money” none of their prices are real. Not only that but he was selling a clean CARFAX car that was crashed. The fender had been resprayed and the hood was creased. Cracked headlight housing. When we brought it up he started throwing a tantrum. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. The work environment is very shady and their own salesman look miserable. They do not care for their own employees and only care about themselves. At the end of the day they are just another shady used car dealership. I wouldn’t send anyone there. Terrible service from the owner and a liar in the end.

These guys are incredible at what they do and really care about the integrity of how they do business. Love the whole team and the quality of the cars they bring in & take care of to bring them to Supreme standard - makes you feel really safe after driving off the lot :)

I've bought and sold so many vehicles in my life that when I located the BMW X3 at Supreme Motors with all the options I had been looking for I was both thrilled and uncertain how a transaction would go with them. Buying remotely can present challenges (I'm in Vancouver WA, they're in Auburn WA) but from my first interaction with Pat any concerns I had were completely removed. It was obvious right out of the gate that Pat and I were coming from the same place - he had the unicorn BMW I'd been looking for, and he wanted to sell the vehicle to ME. We got along so well that even though I presented a couple logistical challenges it was no problem at all for Supreme Motors. I drove up to Auburn with my trade in and while it was Pat's day off, Jeff and team acted like we were long lost friends and took care of me and the transaction with efficiency and expertise. Absolutely the best car deal in my life, and I would 100% recommend Supreme to anyone who is looking for a great experience from folks that really do walk the walk. Recommend without reservation!!
