Avoid this place at all cost. They put on a good show and love to hear themselves talk, but at the end of the day they are just used car salesmen. They got me for a weeks worth of time after being caught lying about the condition of one of their vehicles.Remember, just because it says it has a clean carfax, doesn't mean it's never had any accidents. Do your homework with these guys. If you don't know what to look for, hire a reputable mechanic to look at it. Be prepared to be treated like crap for inspecting their car though. Better yet, just don't shop here.If you bought a charcoal 2016 rx350 from them recently, and they didn't disclose both drivers doors have been replaced, I recommend getting a lawyer.

Buyer beware! This place is as shady as they come. Owner Pat has more cocaine in his system than Hunter Biden. Spent a week talking with them about a car they have listed. Requested pictures multiple times of any defects or concerns. Rather than sending pictures they assured me it was the “nicest car on their lot.” Drove 4 hours to buy the car and immediately find out the doors have been replaced at one time by Toyota, even though the carfax was clean. As soon as I brought it up, Pat got immediately defensive and argumentative. Literally told me I should have asked if it had replacement panels. Lol. I asked all week about defects on the car. Since the work was done by Toyota I figured we could still make a deal if they would work on the price some. Nope, “no discounts on that one” he said. Sorry Pat, Toyota doesn’t replace doors for “shopping cart dings”. I’m sure you are used to naive customers who don’t inspect cars, but you lied to the wrong guy and then got upset about it. Anyone looking at the 2016 charcoal RX350, run for the hills. These guys are liars and drug addicts. Definitely contacting the BBB on this place. Jeff, it was actually good talking to you throughout the week, too bad your business partner ruined it.In response to your reply….my life is great! Maybe I wasn’t full of smiles after driving 4 hours in a monsoon to immediately see that the doors were replaced on a car I was told was perfect. Toyota doesn’t replace doors for door dings, don’t be ridiculous. Pat got mad that I inspected the vehicle and noticed those stickers. Period. I was polite and calm when I brought up the issue. He immediately got defensive and said I was too picky. We were prepared to hand you $30k, of course we would be picky.You keep saying “transparency”, where was that all week when I was asking for pictures of defects or areas of concern?Just another shady car dealer, I have dealt with 100’s of your type over the years. They just don’t usually get 8 hours of my time and $100 in fuel.Carfax has been notified of the replacement doors on your car. BBB has been notified of your false advertising and your terrible customer service.I hope that RX is the last vehicle on your lot when you finally have to close the doors on that house of lies.

My first thought in leaving this review.. was …is there a word limit?! Haha!So on October 17th, 2023 just a mere 13 days ago, I reached out to Supreme Motors about a car I saw online.. that was absolutely too good to be true.Now I live on the opposite side of Washington, a good 5 hours away without weather or traffic. So I knew I would have to take an entire day off to come check the car out. But the soonest that could happen was 9 days later, so I let them know that and that I would never expect them to “hold” a car for me.. let alone anyone else and Jeff one of the owners reached out and said to keep in contact with him and if it was still there the day before then it was meant to be. <3So, I did exactly that. I reached out, and guess what.. it was still there! So I made the 5 hour trek over the mountains to see if this car was truly meant to be. When I arrived I was greeted by the ever so lovely Ethan and was introduced to Pat the other owner who was also very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and a fellow Coug!Ethan walked me through all the gadgets of this amazing Audi, and just sat and talked with me. What a wonderful young man, not pushy.. not over eager, but truly kind and knowledgeable in customer service. (Ethan, if you’re new.. I couldn’t tell because you have a wonderful personality and demeanor about you!)Needless to say I fell in love with the car, they helped me arrange shipping for it.. and it will be here tomorrow! Eeek! So excited! Anyways, I digressed. :-)My husband and I were pre-approved for a loan, knew exactly what we wanted and the entire “transaction” was seamless and smooth.During the time as paperwork was being drawn up and worked on, Jeff the other owner I was talking to via email came in on his day off with his sweet little girl to meet me and see what I thought of the car. My goodness, that sweet girl was such a doll, and Jeff is very kindhearted. We chatted for a bit, and I even “babysat” for his daughters babydoll.. even if it was only for 10 seconds. :-)I could tell Jeff, Pat and all who work at Supreme Motors truly love their work, treat their customers with kindness, respect and paying it forward. In my eyes they are all truly one of a kind. I’m thankful to have purchased a car from a group of amazing humans.Thank you Jeff, Pat & Ethan for a wonderful memory, helping me land my graduation present and for just being all around amazing!If you are ever on the East Side of WA, we will have to get together for a Coug Game!Thanks for all you do!Attached is my graduation present!! Can't even rate! Disappointed with one of the owner at Supreme Motors, Jeff. He had a bad customer service (waited over 30 min without any acknowledgement or start application process), very rude, and confrontational to us when we were there to actually buy the car on asking price. He had a sales person with him, but was useless. If you really like the car that they have, just talk to Pat (the other owner). He was informative and thorough but I would not do any business with them because of Jeff.It's probably a good thing that I walked away.

I had been to this dealership in the past and experienced a good customer service, HOWEVER today when I went to see what cars they have and what works the best for me I came across a sales person that didn’t even know which of their cars was what year or miles on it. Told me to go look at the website and when I asked for the keys to see the interior keep in mind NOT test drive just the interior he said “ you should first get approved then you’ll b able to see the car, now there is pictures that you can see”. Whatttt in the world type of dealer would say that. How can I apply for a car that I didn’t even see or test drive. After that I went to other dealers and had the best experience. Supreme motors disappointed me and will not go back, I was so close to apply for the car but I would not get a car from a person who has zero communication skills or sales skills. If I could I would’ve gave 0 starts. It was my first time hearing that you need to get approval then see a car, it was so funny. Thanks for the worst experience supreme motors. UPDATE we went back to talk to the owner regarding their sales man’s work, again NOT TO BUY THE CAR. I would never buy a car from a such a place like that, they have no respect for their customer and say that I have no car to sell, we didn’t even come to buy the car……. People will see what kind of a seller you are, no need to write more for you…. the sales man learned it from the OWNER.

When we walked onto the lot we were kind of apprehensive - you always kind of brace yourself for the 'hard sell' when buying a used car, and sometimes you get the feeling like they absolutely must sell you a car to keep the lights on - that pressure sucks. The experience with Supreme Motors could not have been further from that. Pat put on an absolute masterclass in customer service and courtesy, and managed to make us really feel taken care of in terms of the buying experience, pricing, you name it. They were beyond patient as I dealt with my bank and figuring out the down payment and financing stuff - communicative throughout and totally genuine. I don't plan to buy a car from anyone else as long as I live in this area. Super refreshing. Thanks Pat and Jeff!

Bought a gorgeous Audi Q7 yesterday. Jeff spent a ton of time with us and when we made the deal he walked us through every aspect of the car.Great family people there with high standards and all of the cars were best quality. I will definitely be coming back when I want to do my next deal.

If you’re looking for hard-to-find luxury used cars in excellent condition for a fair price, you would be well served to check out Supreme Motors. The 2017 Lexus RX 450h we purchased was in flawless condition and included all the luxury features we were looking for. We worked directly with one of the owners, Jeff, and I found him to be honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward. No games, no pressure, but he clearly and fairly expects the same from potential buyers. We would buy another car from Jeff and have recommended him to friends and family.

I've purchased a nice benz from here, and now my dad has purchased two vehicles from here also. Customer service has always been top notch even for the little things and you can tell the salesman and owners REALLY care about the cars they are selling you and want you to have a good long lasting car for a good price. No shadiness or anything like that here.The car industry is getting real weird nowadays and this is a place you can go and not have to worry about weird things happenings , definitely recommend !I've had my car for over a year and a half and have not had a single issue yet besides the back up camera not working which is definitely something you can't blame the dealer ship for

I had been looking for a particular vehicle for nearly a year and when I found it at Supreme motors and spoke with Pat I had confidence this was the car I would buy. These guys go the extra mile to make sure all the cars on the property are the very best representation of European American and even Japanese automobiles that are currently for sale. Both Pat and Jeff, the owners, are extremely knowledgeable and have extensive experience and have been in business for 10 successful years at two locations currently located on auburn way north. I looked at a lot of cars but these guys made me feel like family and I felt very comfortable making my decision to purchase one of their cars. Go see them they will treat you like family too.

Supreme Motors puts other car lots to shame. Compared to all the dealerships we’ve been to, looking at new or used cars, we haven’t seen any who take more pride in the vehicles on their lot than these guys. They are passionate about cars, knowledgeable and friendly.Their cars are all immaculate and good values and the customer service is outstanding.My husband and I haven’t found exactly the next car we want yet, but we believe when we do it will be on this lot and we are willing to wait.

Jeff was great, honest, and knew what I needed more than I did. I heard of them from a friend who had recently bought from them, and also had a good experience. I now need a brakes replaced many moths later, and they are 1/3 of the price of Les Schwab, and incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend!

We recently needed to purchase a replacement Audi for our kid-hauling duties. We normally purchase all our cars at Porsche Bellevue but they had nothing that worked for us at the moment. I found a listing at Supreme Motors, contacted the dealership and Pat responded very promptly. He also provided a few additional car options that had yet to be posted. I did the research on the dealership, read all the reviews, heavily investigated the car history of each vehicle, and set my expectations accordingly. I don't have a ton of time to spend haggling on price, doing paperwork, arguing about unexpected issues, etc. Pat was great. Very easy to deal with, responsive with information on the vehicle, and upfront about the condition of the car. So to be clear, I didn't come into the dealership expecting to buy a new car. My wife and I were very happy with the state of the car, described accurately by Pat. He answered our questions, gave us the room we needed to look the car over, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable with either decision. This was a pretty straightforward deal, the car just needed to be accurately represented by the dealership, and we'd buy it. It was.I didn't expect Pat to be an Audi certified mechanic that could predict every possible mechanical failure on the car, based on his extensive service history with it. He's not. He has the same basic knowledge on the history of the car, that I have. We had our own mechanic investigate the car history. Educate us on the make and model, possible issues, etc. We knew what we were buying and Pat helped ensure that. If in 1-3 months the transmission falls out and we notice Pat's fingerprints all over a Wal-Mart hack job, sure, I'm going to be pissed. But I don't get the sense, based on my interactions with Pat, that we need to be worried about it. We purchased a great car we love, from a few guys that buy cars to resell for a profit. These guys have the intelligence to buy the nicer cars at Auction. And trust me, I've seen much higher priced vehicles at dealerships near me that are in much worse shape. I have no problem recommending Pat and his dealership. Educate yourself on the car, and buy with confidence. Pat was a pleasure to deal with and we will likely use him again in the future.

About three years ago I financed my first car. I went to Auburn Way because I knew that’s the place to buy a quality vehicle in Washington State. Unfortunately I saw a different dealership first that had a red 328i and I fell in love. This dealership recommended Supreme for me to get my car inspected. Jeff then hooked me up for hundreds cheaper than BMW wanted to charge me.I ended up buying that 328i, which I still drive 3 years later with having had no problems with it whatsoever. Over then next 2 years I then met Pat while getting all of my service needs and oil changes done with Supreme. We built a beautiful friendship over the years which then lead to them offering me a part time position. After a few weeks this then lead to full time with Supreme!I then got to officially meet Dave, the man behind the amazing oil changes and services I’ve had over the last two years.Since being hired they have stuck with me through thick and thin over the last year, always being supportive and having my back when I need them. Truly an amazing environment to work in keeping it light and fun while also getting things done for amazing people all across Washington and beyond.
