The owner sources unique products directly, resulting in reasonable prices. Customers find everything from Hello Kitty and Cinnamaroll to Animal Crossing, My Hero Academia, and Studio Ghibli items. The service is known for its exceptional kindness, empathy, and willingness to work with customers, even for special shipping requests. Shoppers are often tempted to buy everything in the store.

I wouldn't have expected Kent to have an anime store, especially not a locally-owned and well-stocked one with super nerd owners who really know their stuff!
