I need information about some items and if they are in stock. I had to call every single department in the store and literally NOT ONE department Answered the phone. You would think that Human Resources or guest
Services and order pick up would answer right!! Nope. I have no faith that if I were to just go to this location I would get any kind of help
Or service and have a feeling I would be treated less than kindly. It tells you a lot when even the people that are running the employees and store don’t answer the phone. How Does this place function well? I’m guessing they don’t. Sad because I just moved here and they would be my closest target and now I’ll have to drive to Issaquah to get any kind of real service.

tried calling to ask a question and after a long time of ringing someone answered but set the phone down on the counter and nobody would answer when i said hello. heard employees talking and laughing in the background. hung up and tried calling again and they did the same thing. tried calling a third time and they answered but then immediately hung up. super unprofessional. why have phones if you won’t answer them.

This store is horrible. HIRE some people. They have 2 checkouts and no one is watching the self check. The people that are working are so slow. If this store has financial issues- close it or get another HR person because they are not doing their job hiring.

Why do they NEVER hire enough cashiers. It’s ALWAYS a 10 minute line just to checkout.

Clerk went out of her way to research the availability of a (pest control) product. Very helpful!

I went to the location in Kent WA (26301 104th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98030) today at 2pm to pick up shower hooks. I went in, found them and then cashed out at self check out as they had no employee checkout options. I went out to my car and then checked my phone. When I looked up, there was a man taking a picture of my front license plate and then went to take a picture of my back plate. At this time, I rolled down my window and asked what they were doing and if I could help them. The man then came to the side of my vehicle and accused me of walking out without paying and I was able to see a vest saying loss prevention. At this time, I replied no I paid at self checkout, showing him the receipt and hooks on my passenger seat. He responded with oh I guess you're good then. I went back into the store because I had concerns this was not an actual employee as at no point did they ask for proof of purchase prior to me rolling down my window and asking what was going on. Once in the store, the employee at pickup was very apologetic but wanted to confirm it was actually their team member. At this time, a member of their drive up team came over and admitted to sending loss prevention outside after me because an undisclosed customer said they saw me walk out without paying. The loss prevention agent then came over and said oh hey what are you doing in here, I told you, you were good. The check out employee then asked them if they followed me outside and took pictures of my plates, they said yes. The employee told them they should have stopped me in the store if they had any concerns and they absolutely should not be taking picture of license plates. The employee mentioned he didnt know but in what world would it be normal to not even ask the person to verify if they actually paid vs taking pictures of their plates. I have massive concerns as a solo female seeing a strange man walking around my vehicle taking pictures and if I hadn't said anything, who knows what report would have been fraudulently filled out against me over $3 curtain hooks that I paid for! It was absolutely concerning and downplayed as oh, well I told you it was OK but you didn't even tell me what was going on until I asked.

It's a Target. You can get all the things you need that you expect to find at your local Target store. The steady increases in price have made it a lot less of a good choice for my shopping trips.

Store is basically unusable since most products were locked up. Stood in an aisle trying to find someone to help me and gave up after ten minutes. The employees are busy enough without having to stop what they’re doing just to help customers with products that should be easily available for purchase.

Teach/Retrain cashier Pilar. Tell her how to greet a customer. Seems like she doesn’t know that. She didn’t say any single word while checking out.

I was just racially profiled at this store by an associate. I go here all the time and I’m sad about my recent experience. My purpose today was to shop for a birthday present for my almost two year old. At check out I had explained that the little tikes water table was 15% off. The checker who I usually thought was a nice guy he has a British accent and I can’t remember his name but anyway he went on to tell me that it must be over because it wasn’t ringing up in the system. I even showed him the Target circle app and it said it was auto applied. He then radioed someone to double check and before he answered he said I’ll give it to you this time. Right after he said that they called in to his radio to say yes it is 15% off. When he rang up my total he then proceeds to ask me if I got my $100 from the bank and then says uh oh this is fake and calls over loss prevention. He tried to tell me that there aren’t any ridges on the $100 bill. The people behind me said use the marker that’s the only way to tell. He then retracts his statement and says oh now I can feel the ridges. I’ve never been so upset and embarrassed in my life. This was a horrible shopping experience and I hope nobody else experiences this. I was humiliated in front of my son and in front of the entire store. Being racist is a disease and it doesn’t go hand in hand with what I thought Target was doing for diversity inclusion. All they said was they would talk to the associate. To my fellow black brothers and sisters shop where you are celebrated not tolerated. Our money is just as good as anyone else’s. This should have never happened and I will be as loud as possible to ensure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Shame on you TARGET!!!!
