I would give this company less than a zero star I have not only been a client of this company along with my soon to be ex and I signed on the dotted lines just as he has When we sold our vacation home in September of this year I called Tax advice for questions to be answered and they advised me that they could not answer anything that my husband instructed them not to give me any information! There were other things divulged that I can’t say at this time but they were rude and could not believe how they treated me I needed help and they pretty much threw me under the bus just horrible !

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went there to file my taxes for the first time with owning a small side business. I wanted to do things correctly which is why I sought out a professional.Instead I was met with absolutely NO communication, a bad attitude when I called, AND the results after affected my taxes in a negative way. Every time I interacted with them they treated me like I was an inconvenience, even when I was paying for their services.I ended up getting more penalties because they filed the extension late AND didn’t communicate about making payments to the IRS. They just said either pay in full for wait for the IRS to contact me… which they did, but with many penalties and a fee that was higher than my original due taxes.This was my first time working with a tax professional and I was hoping to have someone give more guidance and communication throughout the process.DO NOT GO HERE.

Great customer service. Rebecca has been our account manager and we can’t speak highly enough about her. Company is very reasonable my priced but when compared to the value they’re extremely underpriced. High high value company.

When they charge you monthly and put 0's on revenue and 0's on expenses on a one page for 3 months of business you know that's not right ! Complete negligent and lacking due diligence!

Highly unprofessional. There is no option to give 0 star. Sashenka Gonzalez( Sasha) have no customer service skills, no communication skills and so rude. . Keep my company papers for weeks. Emails call them like idiot. Nobody in the office know how to reply back to emails? Don’t even know how to talk. She have some kind of attitude I don’t know why? You can talk to customers in nicer way too but seems like either you don’t like your job or don’t wanna do your job.Sorry but just letting you know I came via reference not unknown person knocking your door.After week waiting when I pickup my papers work for taxes today you (Sasha) telling me you are asking wrong person I have nothing to do with company taxes. Just for your knowledge in that case you should CC that person in emails who ever responsible for this. But nah you need some classes for communication skills.The only person I can give 5* star for communication Brian Gunderson always available always talk nicely. Good job buddy but sorry your team not equipped so I end up hiring somebody else for my company.

I’ve been in business for over 30 years and have used my fair share of tax professionals and Tax Advice has been, by far, the best tax professionals I’ve worked with. I have been using them for over 15 years. They consistently provide top notch service and are always available to answer my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Tax advice has been my tax professionals for the last year. I run a pretty big business and they help me out with all my tax needs. They are very professional and answer the phone every time I call.Rebecca at the office there is a superstar my book. I could not discourage people enough from using this place. If you’re a rich MAN then this place is for you. The employees are rude and act like you’re nuisance. The positive reviews were obviously written by the employees.

They have called me persistently the past couple of days after I told them multiple times to take me off the call list. They kept calling after I told them no so many times. At this point it's annoying and grimy for them to keep calling. It feels like a scam honestly...

Literally the worst. Been working with Jessica to get my taxes filed, but she kept delaying till the last minute. 1 week before due time no answers and no reply to my phone calls. Worst service I have ever had. 1 day before tax time and still no response.

I have been with Tax Advice for 15+ years. They have always done a great job for us! Jody, Jessica, Brian and the rest of the staff are always there to answer any questions I have. My tax returns are always done on time. They are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
