The overall service was far below expectations. I ordered 40 ECT packaging but received 32 ECT instead. Their QC team did not even spot this at all, I noticed it and had to raise with the company. They inspected at their end and then finally agreed to take it back which also meant I had to go through a stressful return and reorder process. Due to a prior pressing customer commitments, I had no choice but to use some of the poor quality, sub-par packaging. And it keeps getting better even the replacement boxes are of extremely poor quality- see pictures. Based on this experience, I will not use or recommend Boxmaker to anyone. They have recently been bought by another larger company, I hope their manufacturing and QC processes improve.

Mike is an attentive salesperson, we were happy he spent a lot of time with us to explain the box materials and help us choose a good option for our business.The speed of delivery was a bit slow, something to be aware of for the future.The first delivery had a lot of problems with the product, the boxes were not printed well and were cut out with wrong dimensions so that the bottom flaps did not meet securely, were difficult to tape, and the edges were ripped so that it was dangerous handling the boxes due to risk of papercut. Many boxes were also not glued at all.We informed Mike of the issues and he took care of the problem right away, however we had to wait another 3 weeks to receive the replacements, so we had to use the problem boxes in the meantime which was not ideal at all.Although there were problems, they were handled satisfactorily so we will definitely try ordering from the Boxmaker again.

I had a fantastic experience with everyone involved at The BoxMaker. They were very prompt with completed artwork, quoting and production. I will be using them for repeat orders and new projects for POP displays that I have coming up.

Our sales rep Matt, and the project manager Desiree, and the structural engineer, Kelli, went above and beyond to make sure we had a box that met our needs. We went through many iterations and met multiple times in person to review box samples. They were patient through all the changes we wanted to try. Even when team members went on vacation, they handed off responsibility so I was never without a contact, the work continued uninterrupted. They were able to turnaround one box packaging project for us within 3 days after placing the PO, originally it was estimated for 2 weeks. Incredible! Will work with them again!
