The customer service I received was excellent. The owner was there and he was more than accomodating. He was helping me with multiple items, and I would not hesitate to use them for all of my printing needs.

I went to this location on Monday July 31st to make a return. I had made the biggest mess while starting the return process. I thought I had selected Ups as the return location for the codes. As it turned out I had selected Whole Foods. The gentleman helping me was very patient. One by one he canceled each return for Whole Foods and did each return one by one to go back to Amazon. This process took about 30 minutes to straighten out, but he got it done. Much Appreciated.Thank You.....

New Management! I just got a mailbox for a year, and I couldn't be more thrilled. The new owners are amazingly nice, kind, thoughtful, and considerate. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the husband-wife team over the past few days while I explored my options.In the end, it was a no-brainer. Sunil and Pooja are two amazing people. They will watch out for you and take really care of you. Their professionalism, kindness and sincerity won me over. They thanked me for my patronage, but I thank them for their service.I feel like I am in good hands with them.It is very rare to have customer service experiences like this these days. So, I am grateful to have found them. Thanks, Sunil and Pooja! ❤️

Edit: the previous owner that most of the negative reviews are related to has sold to new owners. Already, the new owners seem much more kind and I’m hoping for a much better experienceI’ve had them as a private mailbox four about 4 months and every single time I come in, I have some sort of serious issue. They literally lost a package because it got placed on a truck accidentally. I had packages arrive without notification from the store days later than the tracking indicated. Sometimes, I don’t even get a notice in my mailbox at all. My USPS mail that was truly time critical arrives almost a week later than normal.But most importantly, the owner is a j**** He treats me differently than my female partner. I see how he subconsciously treats people based on their appearance. Pay attention to the other negative reviews and even who’s giving the positive ones. You’ll see what I mean.He was quick to blame me for the package HE lost and didn’t take any accountability until much later. His default demeanor is condescending and holier than thou. I prepaid for a year and will be getting a refund for the rest.I highly recommend you pick any other store if you need a private mailbox as every time I visit I have a negative experience. The slight cost savings isn’t worth this treatment. He is giving UPS a bad name. And since he is the owner, he can’t be replaced, only lose enough business he’d be willing to sell or have UPS corporate push him out. He’s a discrimination nightmare waiting to happen

We came here to have cards printed for my father-in-law's memorial service after having issues with print quality at other locations. The new owner was incredibly kind and helpful, had our order finished by the end of the day, and the cost was totally competitive with other businesses in the area. Most importantly, the cards turned out perfect! I would absolutely recommend this UPS store for any printing or shipping needs!

I was so happy when this store opened! It is near my home and I use this particular store quite often. The gentleman that owns it has always very nice, helpful and professional. I will always continue to use this store.

Every time I go here I have a bad experience . The older Asian man is always rude and trying to rush me out. Today I came in to do some returns and in the middle of the returns he just walked away to go help someone else. Just like that walked away without saying anything. When he comes back he kept trying to hurry me as if he hadn’t wasted time helping someone else. He proceeded to say that they were here first which is reasonable. But if they were here first finish helping them first, don’t just leave me hanging.I proceeded to pull up the barcodes , after scanning one he said that barcode is already used ,but i know I hadn’t used it. So I asked him what could be done because he obviously knows more about this then I do and he said I don’t know what you want me to do. Most of the time it’s customer error but I’m not going to say it is. I never say anything but this time I did and he just kept telling me mam you’re holding up a line and being extremely rude. It’s not the first bad encounter I have with him. Or the only one. Friends and family members have also said he is very rude.

Attempted to return two Amazon packages that the owner wanted me to pay $14 to box up. I told him that Amazon had told me it was ok to bring the items in separate bags with the return tags and he wanted to “bet me” that Amazon didn’t say that. I left and dropped them off at another UPS store without incident. For anyone wondering why this place gets lousy reviews—its because the owner is rude and doesn’t understand the meaning of customer service.

I believe the owner is upcharging and or skimming… fees are excessively high in comparison to my normal location. Fees do not match Amazon return descriptions. Use as a personal Square to charge credit cards not the POS attached to the register.????

This store by far the worst ups store ever. Im sorry for all the employees for your management to allow you to work with this Asian guy even after all the reviews talks about this individual guy how very rude he is. This store is close to my house refused to use this store after this Asian guy been disrespectful, makes you feel like you can't read and understand. Very sarcastic. Please if your not super patient enough don't go this store when this guys in store.

Can’t use UPS account. Person at the store said too many issues. Not sure what is the purpose of a UPS store if you cannot use your own UPS account. It is frustrating.

I had to return the Verizon phone they sent me the label and everything through UPS I did exactly what they said I brought it into the UPS store and the guys said it's not enough tape. So he expected that I was going to buy a package of tape from him well that didn't happen I would next door to the Chiropractic office and put 2 pieces of regular tape on it Very poor customer service

The store was completely empty. Whomever the middle aged gentleman was behind the counter had a nice time watching me struggle to get the door open with 2 huge boxes and then try not to drop said boxes on the way to the counter. Assistance obviously not required, but any other UPS store I have been to has helped me if time permitted. Try Normandy Park or Burien.
