This place is terrible never come here again. They are so unprofessional they had hella attitude and it’s ridiculous expensive for what??? They charged you just to clean your nails 20? So definitely not good service at all again don’t come here.

$50 for a fill? I paid $50 for this simple fill and cotton Candy shellac. I usually go to the Royal Nail Spa on Central in Kent but because my friend doesn’t like my nail shop, I went with her to her nail shop. The service was good because there was no wait time. The staff is friendly, but literally 10 hours later here I have a broken nail. I really don’t feel this was a $50 fill And it’ll probably be the last time I visit this spot. This place has changed ownership MANY MANY TIMES.The new owner is sweet and young but the price doesn’t match the service or value. It’s a No for me. The new owner is lovely but in my opinion, this isn’t $50 I would have been charged 40 bucks at the most at my normal nail shop . ??♀️

Bad experience with a few different techs. They were rude, did not listen when asked to stop cutting cuticles, and all around bad paint jobs. Our big issue was how we were treated. They were upset when we asked for ombré and fancy designs. This was only an issue because we came in a few days prior and asked if they could do these things. They told us that they could. However when we came back they techs helping us got angry when we wanted something other than one color. I guess they only had one tech who can and she was not available. Even though we made a reservation with her directly. I ended up going to Periodt in Kent Station the next day and Lisa fixed my nails for my wedding. My issue is saying you can do something when you can’t. If we had known, we would have gone somewhere else.

The owner is very welcoming and offers a drink of choice and treat as soon as you are seated. Their team and work is great.

I don't suggest this place at all. Way over priced. 50 for a full set. $65 for a "custom design" full set which consisted of a single white stripe on one nail.....what?!?!?!? They are very slow and did a horrible job. I bet they won't last a week.

I am very upset . I've been your client over 15 years and i won't come back anymore . I'm done !! The moment Tammy left the business went down the drain. This is not how you treat your loyal clients period. My family won't come back here ever again . Time to look for new place ! On the top of that I won't recommend this place to any of my friends . Your staff needs to all check their attitude. Julie very disappointment me today . if you got something personal going on in your life don't bring it to work !!Goodbye TLA nails with customer service like you won't stay in business for too long . You will be shut done pretty quick!
