I had such a great experience working with Kiya. She went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. Kiya is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping customers. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had the right unit for my needs. It’s rare to find someone so professional and friendly at the same time she really made me feel taken care of. Highly recommend working with her if you need storage!

I've had my fair share w/ other storage companies.. & let me just brag about how great Paul & Kim were, on how well they handled my concerns. Because other companies do not compare!! I was in charge in finding a unit for a client of ours & I stumbled upon Totem Self Storage due to their reasonable pricing. Throughout this process Paul was very knowledgeable on their policies and I felt like he truly cared about my situation with my clients. Paul wasn't bothered with all of the questions I had but rather... answered them politely. So thank you Paul for providing me exceptional service. As for Kim, thank you for listening to my concerns, for following up right away & for your amazing customer service. You both truly made my day! :)

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. I got a great spot for my 26 foot boat and there's plenty of room to get in and out of the gated area.
