It was quick and easy to walk in off the street with no kind of reservation and rent a 10 foot U-Haul truck for the majority of the day. I needed the truck to go from Kent to shoreline and there was no problem. There was no problem getting all the questions I had answered right there on the spot. They had several U-Haul trucks in stock,so told them approximately how far I needed to go and they told me how much it would cost per mileage,which was $1.50/mile plus $19.95 to rent the truck for the day. I just had to have the truck back by 4:30pm to the place I rented it,with at least a quarter tank of gas in it. Which is what I got it with.
So I rented the truck about 10:30am and had it back by 4:45pm that day with the same quarter tank of gas in it when I left. I did go over the 75 miles i said I was going to go by 15 miles,so it cost me another $15 more than expected,but at the end of the day. I was happy and would rent the U-Haul truck again. There were also 2 dogs in the premises. They were both really cool animals and the bug mix just wanted his ball thrown for him several times while I was there. Which btw i was more than willing to throw the ball for the dogs

Excellent experience - we rent a lot of Uhaul equipment, the team at Gonnason boats should be the service benchmark for Uhaul - fast, friendly, and professional - outstanding.

Very professional and And friendly my salesman was very proficient very knowledgeable and very nice. I would recommend this pick up and drop off U-Haul facility to my friends and family.

Had a great experience renting a cargo van. Scheduled the rental online. Came in to pick it up and Tyler was very helpful. The van was very clean and in great shape. Drop-off was quick. I'll definitely be back next time I need a uhaul.

Great job with getting my rental process and even compensating for the time to ensure I received my full requested time. However, by the time you get everything processed and each item identified your paying way more the for just the $19.95 truck.

We arrived not knowing there wasn't a truck in stock for us. We got excellent service by the gentleman at the desk. He tried to find us a truck nearby and contacted as many dealers as he could/his rep. Although he was unable to locate one due to high demand it was a very positive experience!

just called this location to find out about renting a truck because there web add states they do rent trucks, but by the greeting over the phone you would know that. I had to ask if they rented trucks and the answer i received was just a plain YES. There was not customer service provided at all. It was a question and answer session. I asked a question and got a yes or no response with attitude.the is not not the friendliest place tp work with, or the friendliest guy to work with. Tyler does not know how to provide customer service. I would not recommend this location for truck rental.

Amazing service!!Found myself stuck in Seattle with a broke down vehicle I had fixed a week before at my dealership. Called 4 other U-Hauls in the area and was either ignored, brushed off, or answered by an automatic voicemail.Called the Kent location and Cedric answered as soon as I dialed. Dude really went to bat for me, hooking me up ASAP with a truck at a different location and a trailer they had on-site. This let me get what I needed to tow my broke down vehicle half-way across the state at a reasonable rate instead of paying $800 to have it towed back!When I arrived the next day, Tyler helped me out immediately despite the fact I was a few hours late. He helped get me set-up with the trailer. Had absolutely no issues towing that back even though this was my first time having to drive a truck & trailer, much less towing an entire vehicle!Definitely would recommend this business, it's clear as day that the people who work here (that I've met!!) are solid workers that excel at doing their jobs!

Accidentally left a little bit of dust which was very very easily cleanable with the flick of a wrist and was charged 20$ for clean up which he refused to let me do myself
