I scheduled a packing cube over a week ago to be delivered today between 9-1 PM. Around noon no one had showed up so I called them. They said someone had contacted me multiple times and left voicemails. I had no calls and definitely didn’t get any voicemails. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they simply said I’d have to somehow get all of my stuff to the facility to pack up??? I was quoted 2200 dollars- I can’t afford to also rent a truck to bring my stuff to the facility. Hours later and still no voicemail notifications or missed call notifications . I spoke with two people and both times the customer service was non existent. I cancelled the cube and had to delay moving because of this company. STAY AWAY.

I had a great experience moving with U-Pack. All the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and my items arrived on time and undamaged. Booking and managing my move throughout the process was also really easy and intuitive.

We used U-Pack to move my son back from college. We had a store the cube for almost two years in between.
Drop-off of the cube was exactly as promised, and the truck/fork-lift made it easy to place and position where we wanted it. Timing was critical as we had a short window to move out.
Pick-up was great - we had already left. Speed across the country was as promised.
We had a little trouble gaining access to the cube in storage - as was promised to us from U-Pack but ABF people didn't like it. We had to do this once. I guess this is not normally part of the deal.
Final delivery of the cube happened very quickly when we were finally ready - the next day - and pick-up of the empty cube happened quickly and without us being there.
The cube remained remarkably clean and dry during shipment and storage. Little dust and no water got it. YMMV.

Very friendly staff, easy process and ideal for a self move. We moved clear across the country and our stuff arrived on time and not damaged. We did tie down our stuff to reduce shifting because the containers are more vertical than horizontal, but it was easy to do. Initially we got 1 container for a 2 bedroom condo, but ended up requesting another container and they got it us the very next day. Really impressed, would use again (hopefully not needed though, I hate moving :))

Moving is stressful enough but this team helped remove some of it. They do what they say in word and deed. They have suggestions and answers to help you out. All staff who I talked to were very personable and knew more about the service than other companies. I highly recommend them.

I used a U-Pack trailer to accomplish a nearly cross country move. Throughout the process they were communicative , the drivers touched based when they were leaving and near by. The trailers were delivered on-time as requested and the transit time was on par with most services. They really made the process easy, and removed the stress of having to drive the a U-haul (and in my case, the biggest they had to offer) while towing a car. Pricing was very competitive. I'm extremely happy w/ the U-Pack and would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.

We had a very smooth move. Upack worked with me to make sure the trailer was delivered on my move in date. There were no bogus hidden fees and customer service is very fast. I definitely recommend for long distance moves!
