When opening my joint checking account with my boyfriend, the rep knew it was for paying bills together. However she failed to mention that it was a $1000 daily limit and you cannot increase it until after a year. Where in the hell is rent lower than $1000???? Why would you not mention this AT ALL when we were in store signing up for the account? This is very disappointing news and makes me question how the reps were trained.

This place is a great spot for banking. Nice bankers great customer service and really fast wait times. The tellers are polite and respectful and they ask yiu what you need and fullfill that with that goal you have for them to accomplish

I received a letter from a collection agency that was collecting a debt on behalf of US Bank for the amount of $47.00. This is a charge on an account that was closed a year ago. When I closed the account I told the teller to leave enough money in the account to cover all pending transactions. Seems to me that if i was in the negative, I wouldn't be able to close the account before bringing it to a zero balance. Seems logical... Called their customer service but they could not help me because the account was closed. I was referred to their customer recovery dept, which couldn't help me because they could only take payments and could not look up account information. I was told to go to the branch where I closed the account. Spoke with a banker that could not help me. She referred me to her manager who told me that it was out of his hands because it went into collections. He said that I should look on the bright side and be happy that it wasn't more than $47.00. Couldn't ask for a better customer service experience than these idiotic clowns. It's up to you where you bank and what branch you bank with, just don't expect too much help if you ever run into a problem with them.

I don't bank here personally but every time I come here for work the wait inside is ridiculously long. Typically it's only 1 teller with occasional help from the drive through. I stopped going in & only use the drive through, it goes faster.

I needed a bank close by so it will be easy to manage my money, worst decision made. I can't access my money and they won't release it even if the bank manager brad meyer told me he will that day.so just looking at my hard earn money on my mobile app, and can't touch and use it. Quite an incentive, switching banks asap!

Eric branch manager very horrible and not very helpful... Could not help in any way or form.... I have been a loyal customer with us bank for over 7 plus years... I don't work for the bank and i knew more of the process than he did he just tried to make it seem like I am not important and dont know anything. This situation alone just makes me wanna go elsewhere I have never been treated like this ever before...he call himself a manager he needs to be behind the counter as a teller

This is the worst US Bank location I have ever banked at. Unfortunately, it is the only location near my work so I get to go there at least monthly. Every single time, without fail, there is a line of at least 5 people (often 10) and just one teller trying to help us all. I have easily spent 45 minutes there simply trying to deposit a check. The employees are friendly and great- it is simply a matter of being completely understaffed and it's ridiculous.

Went to outside ATM, pulled out $200, SIKE! They posted my transaction and did not give me any money. So I went inside to dispute it, and get my money back. Talked with A lady named Trinh. She basically told me there was nothing she could do about it and rolled her eyes at me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never bank with US BANK or go to another ATM again. I just have to wait it out for the bank to see the error on their side and then maybe get my money back. If I dont receive my money within a few days, i will be filling a complaint against this bank and will SUE them.
