The Kent location is not helpful if you have issues and I was locked out of my paid unit for 3 weeks and management refused to give me any credit for my lost time. Staff is discriminating who they choose to allow to use autopay and who is forced to pay with a money order. I don’t recommend using this place to store your items and I plan to relocate to a better facility that is customer oriented.

Wish I could give no stars these people need to properly train staff because I was totally lied to by one staff member to come back try an get a refund to be told I can’t get my money no one wanted to provide a num for someone that could get the issue resolved smh an to think I thought I found good people smh

I've have rented my unit for almost 12 years now. Never any problems, clean. And staff has always been kind and helpful when needed.

Make sure you don’t follow a car in through the gate and forget to type the code in. As we were leaving, the attendant screamed & we thought it was a homeless person at first so we decided not to stop. She jumped on our car and decided to evict us in less than a week.

I've rented alot of storage units in the past, and this by FAR is one of the cleanest facilities I've ever seen. The office was very tidy and welcoming, as well as the grounds & units themselves. The manager tristan was very informative and helpful. She was knowledgeable in answering all of our questions about what unit would best fit our family. She also explained the new promotions and deals that they had. And walked us through the paperwork step by step. After meeting the staff and seeing how well- kept this facility is, I honestly feel a huge sense of comfort knowing that my belongings are there and actually being kept safe in a well Maintained place. Highly recommended!!

I have been at U store self storage for quite some time now the place is clean the staff is very polite and very helpful I feel my things are safe there even when you're late just talk to them they'll work with you this is the best storage I have ever had and the prices are great
