I received excellent customer service from Mai. She helped me track down a medication that was not available and she was able to help me locate it. Thank you soooo much Mai, not everyone goes above and beyond and you did and I'm very grateful for your help.

I went to this Pharmacy yesterday with my father in law to get prescriptions for him who is a diabetic. My father healthcare provider has requested and prescribed 6 month prescription for my father because he will be in Vietnam for that period of time. Cong was the guy who served us and told us he needs money up front for the medication just in case the healthcare provider does not pay. He also stated that when anyone leaves the state the government will cut the health insurance and will NOT cover for it. So I went home and call my father health insurance immediately and the representative told me everything is fine if the doctor prescribed it. They will overwrite it. I went in the pharmacy today and told him that. I also ask him if he can’t do it Let me know so I transfer to a different pharmacy that can. Cong said “Go ahead I don’t want to serve you.” This is the worst experience that I went through. Not that he is not helpful but he taking advantage of people that does understand the health care system. Please be aware.

We have been using this pharmacy for all the residents who live in my adult family home. They are always very responsive when I have a concern or need medicine right away. Medicine is always delivered same day or next day depending on what time I order it. Have loved going through them for all our medicine needs and will continue to use them. Also, the owner is great. Always looking for feedback for improvement and is a great guy.

Horrible service. Highly not recommend going here. Do not work here either. The owner is a liar and greedy. Just trying hard to be friendly and helpful so they can get your money that's all. They will not give you a good discount when pay in cash. They said they did but actually just raising the cost up higher then a little discount so you're probally paying about the same price. Go to a better well-known pharmacy please.

I actually know the owner. Highly recommended not going here nor work here. The owner is unethical, rude and unfriendly. All he wants is money, so he would be sorta helpful and friendly, but you don't know what he's thinking in his head after you left.

Great service, friendly and extremely helpful. Sometimes the smaller pharmacies are the best because they simply care for their customers more than the big chains. They are even willing to work with you to find a specific generic if it's available to them that works best for you. Highly recommended.
