Luckily I always tend to have good service at usbank~ been with them for years and recently started coming to this location for deposits. Quick and easy I find that the drive thru is the best because I get anxiety being inside. The women with orange hair is sooo sweet. Love the vibe every time I come by.

I signed up because the bank was running a $600 promo. I fulfilled all the requirements but apparently the staff member who signed me up didnt set up my account correctly. The bank wouldn't back their offer and do the right thing, instead they made excuses such as the staff member no longer works here. Do yourself a favor and get a better bank (any other bank will do). This bank was nothing but headaches such as I was always triggering fraud alerts. One time I triggered a fraud alert by using my debit card took much. Instead of calling me to see if I used my card they froze my account... They dont have a clue... The staff however is nice..

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Actually it would be more appropriate to say here there is ZERO customer service. I just tried using the ATM and it failed to accept my US Bank card that I've been using online to make purchases or even at the grocery store but I can't withdraw funds?!?! This has been an ongoing issue and going inside to talk to someone does nothing I'm told to call customer service 1-800 number and they refuse to answer my question about why the card doesn't work and the issue I'm having I know affects thousands of other people that have this same kind of US Bank card and they don't even have the issue addressed on the FAQs page. It is not top secret information that I am seeking and if it's not on the FAQs page you have to call the 1-800 number where they demand your account number but I should not have to give that private sensitive information to get a general inquiry addressed. The FAQs page does not have a security wall that requires you to prove that you're a US Bank customer in the first place so anybody in the world can go to the US Bank website and look at the FAQs. So, why can't I just get my issue addressed/question answered? I've tried the 1-800 number I've tried talking to tellers inside the bank and I've tried calling this Kent location I've been hung up on I've had shoulders shrugged at me and I've had calls go unanswered so clearly this so-called US Bank customer service system likes to discriminate against those they feel are not good enough for even basic customer service. ZERO STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH U.S. BANK! ?
