Been a personal and business customer for many years and banking has changed due to online banking etc.. However, they still have that community feel everytime I go in. Magdaline has been my banker since I moved to Kent and so far I am pleased with her service and knowledge in her field. Thanks guys!

Saturdays are the worst day to visit this branch! Waited 45 minutes in line to make a business deposit/exchange change. There was only 1 teller taking the walk-in’s and 2 ladies taking appointments. They could use more staffing on Saturday’s. The air in the bank was very humid and hot just from standing you felt over heated.

I came in around 9 to pick up some foreign exchange money, there was only one customer being helped at the desk. Two clerks were helping him at once and 4-5 other people sitting at their desk. I waited for a long while and no one helped me. Finally another customer came in and walked up to one of them and they helped her. I finally asked one of them for help and they helped me. They took forever to get my money. I then asked if they have new $2 bills they said they have $2 bills but not new. I then asked if they have new $1 dollar bills, they said yes and again took forever to give it to me. She handed me old $1 bills, I said I asked if you guys have new ones. She said she doesn’t think they don’t have new dollar bills. I took my money and I decided to leave at that point. Bad service here.

Slowest branch ever! If you can avoid this location unless you have 30 minutes to waste. If you don't bank with them they make you feel like a criminal cashing a check drawn on them

Don't waste your time banking here. I've never had such terrible customer service consistently at a bank. Extremely unhelpful.

Woweee... US Bank Kent can do so much better than making a customer wait 10 minutes in an empty drive thru, just to make a deposit. Only One person in the bank was "not on a lunch break" at 3:45pm in the afternoon! SMH! The ATM can't be trusted either.

Rude customer service and completely incapable. I asked for a simple task and they can't even do that even after the customer service line confirmed they could do it twice. The worst US bank I've ever been to. Go to literally any other location.
