Rude customer service and completely incapable. I asked for a simple task and they can't even do that even after the customer service line confirmed they could do it twice. The worst US bank I've ever been to. Go to literally any other location.

Terrible service and unprofessional notary. I notarize a lease and leave it blank to notarize it separately before the landlord signs it. The notary was going to draw it. she Told me she can't leave blank, I want to ask you where is the landlord's signature? Only the tenant does not have a lease from the landlord?

The Employees are polite enough, but neither ATM ever works. They say it's a system issue but I've never had this many problems with literally any other branch of US bank. Do better.

Just going to make a deposit. Got to the bank 15 minute before closing. Knocked on the locked doors. Took a look and didnt even bother to let me in or let me know they are closing early... :/

I had bad experience in this us bank branch, I am giving 3 stars because the employee was nice when he declined to help me. While they were open they told me they are not going to do wire transfer, what is the point of opening if you are not going to give your customers the service they want.

Very SLOW service for the drive up banking. This wasn't just on one occasion but plenty others. Going inside seems to move alot faster. Speed should work both ways whether inside or outside.

I had bad experience with this branch! The employees not helpful like other branch in Auburn and Kent gave me appointment and when I went they told me your appointment it was before one hour and three weeks I tried to make an appointment I can't! that is trouble and I want to change my name they make complicated I gave them my new Social Security and new ID they need old ID I shred it! they are not helpful and no body assist me I went to other branches they are helpful! and help me!!
