This center may lose or misdeliver more mail than it delivers correctly. It is astounding that in under two years living here, they have lost four priority mail envelopes for me, and I have lost only one over 15 years out of this state. That anecdotally says they are 30 times MORE incompetent than your average post office.

Consistently loses or makes every package I get through this center is extremely late lost or busted the only common denominator to any is this center in kent...frankly usps needs to fix the problems manifesting in this distribution center

Paid over $80 for 2 day Priority Shipping on March 12,2025. It's March 18 now and no movement for two days from this location. Final destination is Seattle, package was tracked twice through Seattle facility. Why is it even at the Kent Facility???? I'll be using FEDEX from now on. USPS is horrible.

If the goal is lost packages and grossly delayed service, then this place is a winner. Dysfunctional postal center specializes in frustrating customers and misrouting mail. No one knows how low a standard can be until you've experienced your package almost make it to delivered status before being flung back into the USPS network of facilities.

My package was shipped on Feb 2 and
held in Kent for 8 days. And now it has been 13 days the package hasn't arrived the destination .
It is so frustrating. We spent for priority shipping fees but taking longer than ground shipping.

2 day delivery never works.
They should just close the entire USPS. That will save the Govt a lot of $$$

Package has allegedly been at this facility since 12/25, despite paying for priority shipping. I haven’t received any further information via tracking or usps.

It’s been over 30days and my packages have not arrived at there locations and tracking for them both says it’s last known location was here in Kent it’s sad really because USPS isn’t helping

Holds packages or doesn't scan them. My package was supposed to arrive Saturday and has not moved from here at all. I don't think it's anyone's fault but the reviews speak for themselves. If possible don't let your package end up here, especially if you're like me and paid for fast shipping. It's been over 3 days and USPS refuses to help out.
