Worst usps center in the country hands down. My package has been overdue for more than a week and every day I just wait for nothing. When I check on the website, I am completely left in the dark about its status with zero updates zilch. Did some digging and turns out hundreds of people have been in the exact same boat I am. This is just notoriously an awful facility with snoozing employees sitting around with little interest in their jobs. I mean good god, I refuse to believe a couple years pass and they still can’t hire a single soul in all of Kent who actually knows how to ship mail. Do not waste your time with this facility for everyone’s sake. Waste of taxpayer dollars. Just sad.

Mail held up here for five days under good weather conditions. No departure scan from the facility, either. Even Sacramento, who as I am writing this is dealing with widescale flooding, received and sent out my package within four hours at night. The rumors about this place seem to be true. At least I eventually got my mail.

My passport was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago. It’s spent the last two days traveling back and forth from this distribution center and the one in Seattle. No clue why it even ended up here as I live in KC.If you’re waiting on a package and it’s in this facility, good luck.

Terrible support, Has no customer support for anything. I had a package being delayed for 4+ days and they said it would be available in a hour, but I got a email stating "Warning sent back to sender because invalid address" I called over and over to try and prevent them from sending it back but they never answered.

When you track your package with a tracking number and if your package ends up here for processing, good luck getting it any time soon. This place is SO slow. Or they lose your package.
