I think a lot of people don’t know how the mail system works. It’s not your local post office that processes the mail, they just deliver it. It’s all part of a nation wide cohesive unit. They do not have control of your mail getting lost!! However they can track it for you. Do your research and stop complaining.

Workers are in desperate need of training. One of them set up my change of address incorrectly, and when I went back to find out why I wasn’t receiving mail, another worker just said that it was taking longer to process forwarding requests. After I called my old post office to find out what is happening to the mail going to my now-closed PO box there, one of their workers *called* me to say that in the system, it shows that my forwarding request has not been “verified.” The solution to that is to show them my ID or something like that. Basically the worker who set up my box said I didn’t need to do that because she scanned my driver’s license. Well, she was wrong, and the second worker who told me it was going to take longer could’ve looked up my information. Then she would have known exactly what I needed to do, and fixed it right then and there. So it seems these people don’t really know how to do their job very well. Good luck to all who enter.

Very angry & disappointed whoever is putting the mail in the mail lockers is always messing up who’s mail goes in which box is upsetting and frustrating that I do not receive my mail/ packages that I ordered or am supposed to receive daily!!! YOU GUYS NEED TO FIX THIS AND STOP MESSING UP PEOPLE MAIL!!! My packages someone else is receiving because of the mistakes you are guys are making are not being returned!!!!

Rude and disrespectful front desk I have ever seen, my package has been going back and forth between two other different states and they don’t even try to help you how do this people keep their jobs.

Very rude front desk worker when I was trying to locate a missing package. The package was sent by someone else and they were mad because I didn’t have the slip USPS left at my apt when I didn’t receive one. They then brought 4+ packages to the desk and started scanning them to release to me even though only 1 had my name/address on it.

Avoid this location if you want PO Box or anything. Joyce, Lin and Jimmy are useless, rude and condescending. I have not being able to get my mail for about TWO MONTHS! They have been withholding my mail, they refuse to give it to me despite the forms they told me to fill out. Funny how I received some previously and then nothing. I have legal documents that I’ve been waiting for that I can get get a hold on! These people need to be immediately fire for their incompetence. Please read other people’s reviews. Their complaints are the for the same issue. Please find a different location.
