I've ordered here a number of times and enjoy the pho.Today I decided to add the fresh spring roll and peanut sauce. The sauce was liquid not creamy as I have seen at other Vietnamese restaurants. Is this consistency a mistake?

Been going here since day one. The broth is so delicious. And the pho challenge was intense to see who can eat the most Bowls in one sitting. This place is so worth it. They survived the pandemic n is still killing it.

Our beef broth is cooked 24 hours with 100 lbs of antibiotics free pasture raised beef bones. Our steak, brisket, and meatballs are antibiotics free and hand crafted. Our tofu is non GMO and our shrimp are always wild gulf shrimp. Our fish sauce is pure anchovies and salt. Our fix siracha is organic. We can't afford for all ingredients to be organic, but our passion to elevate Vietnamese food is. Food with Love!
