I use to work here a couple years ago and I have never worked with managers and district managers so unprofessional before. They’re so lazy and don’t take care of anything appropriately and seriously until it gets too bad of a conflict or situation. You tell them something is wrong and they brush it off like it’s nothing. It doesn’t take a genius to understand and comprehend good customer service and socials skills to interact appropriately with each other as coworkers and for the customers. Never again will I work for a Walgreens or shop at this specific store.

I’ve depended on Walgreens for the last 26 years to purchase toiletries, makeup, and medications. Twice per month I’ve purchased these items like clockwork. Other times I go to pick up random items that I need and don’t want to go to a grocery store for. Unfortunately for the past 12 months I’ve noticed a blatant disregard from Walgreens staff to restock items. About 4 months ago I asked why the makeup racks were so empty and was told that they are understaffed and no one had time to restock the items that were sitting in the back room in boxes. Today I went to the store only to see even more empty shelves and racks. I asked if they are closing the store down and was told they get that question a lot, but no. When I asked about the empty shelves I was told it’s because people keep stealing things.
So you’re not restocking items because you’re short staffed and figure that people are going to steal it anyway???
Just close the store down. It’s easier than changing your staff’s bad attitude and keeping a well managed store.

Recently had a prescription sent here. That was quick and painless. My prescriptions were ready as promised. Though I was not offered a consultation with the pharmacist which is law on a new prescription. However, my doctor had throughly explained the medications to me so I was fine.
I decided to pick up a few things while I was there. The shelves were very empty. I walked around the whole store and all departments were sparsely stocked. Ultimately I found only one thing I needed. They did have the allergy medicine I needed but the price was double what I usually pay so I passed. Also, the store is very dated and a bit rundown. The checkout was fine.
This store could use a facelift, better pricing and more inventory.

Regarding pharmacy - I had my prescription sent here. I called and worked with their pharmacy machine that “ helps you “. I called 2 times and both times it said it wasn’t available yet for pick up. A week later I called again and requested to speak to a pharmacist not the machine. My prescription had been there the entire time. Then I was told since I have Molina insurance, I have to have a different pharmacy request my prescriptions in order to pick them up ? I’m pregnant I don’t have time for these set backs. They really dropped the ball. & I was never notified my prescriptions were ready for pick up. Switched pharmacies.

If I can give 0 star I will! We made an appointment online for my mom covid test that part of her job requirement, and the lady we encountered which was very rude said,we dont have available kit for that, you should call before you come. What the heck!!!what is the purpose of appointment and confirmation we got?! Worse customer service! Tell your company to remove that appointment on your website! Because that is false information! You are wasting someone time!
