If I can give 0 star I will! We made an appointment online for my mom covid test that part of her job requirement, and the lady we encountered which was very rude said,we dont have available kit for that, you should call before you come. What the heck!!!what is the purpose of appointment and confirmation we got?! Worse customer service! Tell your company to remove that appointment on your website! Because that is false information! You are wasting someone time!

Sometimes you have to wait for a prescription, but that generally seems to be more due to the customers than the folks working there. Everyone I have dealt with is kind and professional.

Let's just get this out of the way: the pharmacy is awful and should be avoided. The employees aren't overly competent, and their supply is not consistent. Don't waste your time calling them. My last experience was when a different pharmacy was out of the required syringe size for my medicine so I hopped in to Walgreens to get one and got the super judgy looks. Honey, junkies don't want needles in the size that I'm asking for. Overall store is okay as long as you're looking for something really, really common. Lots and lots of empty shelves all over the store so don't get your hopes up. Some aisles are 100% empty and they all have gaps all over the place. I wouldn't come here unless it's directly on your way. On the plus side most things aren't behind glass so you can actually grab the stuff you need quickly without having to try to find an employee. Extra star just for that because I refuse to play that game.

Dear Walgreens Management Team,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the pharmacist, Kim, at the Walgreens located at 27112 132nd St SE Kent, WA. I called the pharmacy yesterday at around 3 pm to inquire about the availability of my prescription, which was a progesterone injection. The woman who answered the phone confirmed that they had it and I informed her that I needed to pick it up the same day. She assured me that it would be ready.I waited until 8:00pm before I headed to the pharmacy, which is a 30-minute drive from my home. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find that Kim and another staff member were standing about 6 feet away from me, but did not greet or acknowledge me in any way. After waiting at the window for about 10 minutes, Kim finally approached me and asked what I was picking up. When I told her it was the progesterone injection, she informed me that I would have to come back the following day as she did not have time to fill it.I explained to Kim that I needed the prescription for the morning, as my doctor was going to administer it for me in Olympia, which is an hour away from my home. However, Kim walked away without saying a word and began filling other prescriptions. I waited at the window. She eventually returned and told me they were working on it, so I sat down. She called me up about 10 mins later and asked about my insurance before telling me to come back the following day.I was frustrated by this point, as I had already been waiting for almost 30 minutes total and had specifically made the trip to the pharmacy just to pick up the prescription. I asked Kim how long it would take for them to fill it, and she told me that it would take another 30 minutes and that they wanted to leave, so I should come back the next day. This was unacceptable to me, as I had already called hours earlier and had been told that the prescription was on hand.As I was leaving the pharmacy, Kim yelled after me, asking if I still wanted her to fill the prescription for the morning. I was dumbfounded by this and frustrated with the poor customer service I had received. It seems that Kim had no regard for my time or needs as a customer, despite the fact that I had made every effort to ensure that the prescription was available and that I could pick it up the same day.I left the pharmacy without my prescription, which had been sitting on the shelf all along. It was disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service from an employee of Walgreens. I hope that this incident will be addressed and that steps will be taken to ensure that all employees are trained to provide better service to customers.

I only visit this store once a month or maybe every other month , but the last few months I have spent my money here has been a very awkward experience! I went tonight on my way home from a local restaurant to get candy and some airplane bottles of alcohol , the same lady from 2 months ago is working and has no nice skills ! Tells me to step out of like to “dig “ for my ID when clearly u can tell I am over 40 , but that was ok because I paid for my other items and then stepped aside to dig for my ID then I went back to pay for my alcohol …. This lady told me not to talk too loud and then put my items in the bag that I already paid for . I can’t place her name because I always get overwhelmed my her odd behavior . It’s like she hates her job and she sits on a stool with a fan blowing on her . Older heavy set lady . It’s sad that I will drive all the way to Covington Walgreens because I don’t want to deal with her …. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble or loose their job , just maybe a crash course on how to be polite !

This pharmacy is awful. Prescription was sent over for antibiotics for my child. I called ahead and was told the had them in stock. They later called and said they didn’t have them and would be able to get them the following day. I found another local pharmacy with the medication in stock and they refused to release the prescription to them, putting my child at risk for a serious infection to further spread. The staff are completely incompetent and do not care about the well-being of their customers. Shortages are one thing, negligence is another. I had a similar experience with the Covington Walgreens two months ago with a different childrens antibiotic. Do your kids a favor and send urgent prescriptions elsewhere.

Avoid going to this pharmacy at all costs. They stop carrying your medication without notice, they lie to you about what happened to your prescription, they cannot properly communicate with you in English, their systems cannot manage modern medicine, and they are horribly incompetent and should not be handling medication for humans nor animals. I was on an appointment list for the COVID booster and they called and told me they ran out....isn't the point of making an appointment holding a vaccine for you? Made an appointment at Safeway in another city and they had no problem holding the vaccine for me. Came back for a different vaccine they told me was in stock to show up to my appointment to find out they didn't have it and no longer stock it. I'm sorry what?! Transfer to Bartell's across the street, you will thank me later.

This is a decent location. Staff are nice and helpful. It's like an oversized quickie mart. Well lit inside not dimmed like other drugstores down the road. They have very few selections of frozen food and pantry items. Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable.
