I’ve consistently had negative experiences with this Walgreens pharmacy. During my visit today, I was treated with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism by both the pharmacist and staff. They refused to assist me with my prescription and were dismissive and unkind. The pharmacist in the white coat wouldn’t even engage in a respectful conversation.
I’ve never encountered this level of poor service at CVS or other pharmacies like Costco, Walmart, or Rite Aid. Unfortunately, my insurance limits my options, or I would avoid this location entirely. I will find another pharmacy that accepts my insurance so I don't ever have to come back in this location. I will never come back at this location. I am sure for that
The staff here seem disinterested in helping customers and create an unwelcoming environment. No one deserves to be treated the way I was. I truly hope they reflect on the way they treat people, as kindness and empathy are essential in healthcare. It must be a sad, lonely and dark life they live. I hope their miserable life follow them everywhere they go, there are very mean and rude human beings.

Had a question for the pharmacist. Waited on hold 9 minutes and was hung up on. Called back, and was disconnected after 5 minutes.
Called a third time and finally spoke to someone after waiting about 10 more minutes.

Had to go twice to get my prescription filled and my doctor had to send the prescription twice. I know they were busy but they had poor customer service and were not helpful.

Always late for our prescription, EVERY SINGLE TIME. At least hours of delay some time even for days!

There is something VERY wrong with this Walgreens’s. Medications are out. Communication is poor at best and they always short staffed. That usually means they don’t pay enough and/or Management makes it difficult to retain competent employees. Let me tell you that if someone has gone through what’s considered “health Care” to the point that they’re doctor and the Mafia like Insurance Companies have agreed to get them on a prescribed medication… the need it. They’ve lost me a customer and they don’t care. Until people stand up and take the philosophy of “Take no shit” they treat people no better than sheep.

Yet to have a positive experience from these folks. Get it together, just spent 45 minutes before getting a simple script that was supposed to be ready the day before.

Waiting on 6 days to get medication perscribed by my doctor. Always slow service. Doctor even called them to explain it to them twice. Very incompetent. I once went to the drive thru and the "pharmacist" asks if I'm picking up. Lol what did he think I was doing, asking how his day has been? What a joke, but local.

This is THE WORST Walgreens I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Every time I go there something is always wrong. It either takes too long to get through the line, they give you a hard time when they get things wrong, they act as if they don't care, and they give don't know how to communicate with other Walgreens. My last visit there had to be the worst! For some context my partner and I went to Ocean Shores for Valentine's Day. My partner forgot his meds so he called this Walgreens and they told him to reach out to the nearest Walgreens and have them give him emergency meds. He asked what was the nearest to Ocean Shores and they gave us Longview???? We started on our way before we realized how far out of the Longview was. My partner reached out to the nearest Walgreens and asked to fill the prescription and they were able to do that. They gave us only a week's worth of meds, which was enough. Fast forward to a week ago. We go to this Walgreens to fill his prescription and they tell us that we can't get it because it would be too early. They said that we took the prescription on 2/13/24 and cannot get it again until 3/16/24. We're like we only got a week's worth of meds that day and that would not cover until the next prescription. They acted as if they do not care and kept saying the same thing. We ended up not getting the meds and my partner had to wait to get his meds. We were finally able to pick it up today. Thankfully, it is not a med that is needed for life support. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUSLY UNCARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

The store has good selections for the isle that I'm in. Didn't go on through the entire store. The service was good. The music playing outside the store was so loud.

The pharmacy here is so busy so I try to be empathetic but this group is always so rude and have a lack of empathy on their end. I understand it's a thankless job but it really is this location. In Auburn, the experience is completely different. Will be transferring our prescriptions elsewhere.

This Walgreens is the worst of them. The technicians are unhappy, the pharmacist told me to not come back to his store.

Do not get your meds from this pharmacy unless you want the headache of having to come in person each time and each month just to check if they have received the script for your prescription from your doctor. My doctor has gone out of their way each time to show me they've sent it in. This pharmacy is useless and shouldn't be allowed to do business.

Zero stars! They never answer the phone. No one knows what is going on. They promise the prescription will be ready and it never is. They don't call when there is an issue. When your doc sends an RX, they don't start the process to fill it unless you call them and spend an hour on hold. Do. Not. Use. This. Pharmacy!
