Waited for over twenty minutes. It was ridiculous. I was late to work. Two open windows at noon is crazy. I expected to wait but not almost half an hour. Was considering switching to a credit union and this sealed the deal. The two tellers were doing their best but this was unacceptable.

Why is it so hard to go thru the drive through?! For the past few years you RARELY see more than one lane open and now they are just closing the drive thru when they want. Its 4:20 PM, on a Wednesday, and their drive thru isn't supposed to close until 5... yet ALL the lanes are closed!! I can't haul myself and my children in there... it would be extremely too chaotic for everyone. Get it together Wells Fargo!!!!!!
What do u know.... 4:19 PM and the drive thru is closed!!! Why is it everytime I come to use the bank the drive thru is closed well before it should be! This is insain!!! I can see at least 3 people sitting at the teller spots so why is no one manning the drive thru?!?!?!
UPDATE: Service has not gotten any better! Waited in the drive thru today... only 1 car in front of me (keep in mind they only have 1 lane open).... waited 30 minutes before I was even helped.

Came in today for information regarding a letter I had received. Lakisha took her time and made multiple calls to get the information I needed. She is friendly, efficient and has great customer service skills! Thank you Lakisha!

I’ve had Wells Fargo for a long time and I moved to this area back in December of 2024. Every time I’ve gone in there they have two people working the windows and the rest of them standing around. I want in today to get quarters and two people working to windows two standing there and two at their desk and the line going out the door. I’m leaving your bank and going somewhere else to get quarters for now on and closing all of my accounts with you.

I went to this bank last day and tried to open wbank account. The banker talked to me wait for two hours. I sit down two hours and he said to me,come back on tomorrow or go other locations.He didn't explain me anything about it.Guys, please don't go to open bank account this location.They really won't help a new customers to open bank account.

A bank is useless when they won't exchange Canadian money for American currency without an account.
It's still money, but not at this bank.
Under the mattress is a better bet.

Ramneek is one of the best tellers I've had the pleasure of working with. She is highly professional and attentive to detail. She efficiently processed my check deposits and prepared a few money orders without any errors. I truly appreciate her excellent service and commitment to accuracy. Hope she'll soon be a banker we can work with her in future.

Worse bank and location. Wait time I've been here it has taken 20 min and more!!!! Only 1 or 2 tellers still each visit. Each visit I watch the lines with 7 or more people long. Folks walk out as it takes too long. Wells Fargo, Take into account transactions may take longer than typical withdrawals and deposits. I see two other employees walking around and neither one opening another teller station. Meanwhile, there is a man working with the two tellers. Is it because the staff is ALL NEW. Get it together Wells Fargo. Definitely leaving after too many of the same experiences. With Chase Bank and US Bank I have NOT experienced this! I wrote this while waiting in line 25 -30 min before finally having a teller available. As I just finished my transaction 10 folks in line behind me. Before posting I happen to check reviews and it seems the wait times is a regular thing. Please note the employees are nice and professional so maybe it's more of management decision to not staff appropriately.

overall experience was absolute garbage, made me wait 20 minutes to get someone to help me through the window when i was told 2 minutes, i had to wave someone down to come help, another thing is how the person who was taking care of my transaction stopped to help another person that was there after us, making us wait longer than i should’ve have.this unacceptable and need to step up their game

Worst bank I've had the displeasure of being a customer for. Their customer service is straight awful. They do not respond to emails, their phone service is basically non-existent, and the in person tellers have no power to do anything beyond the most basic transactions which you can already do online. Don't bank here.

My first time being at this bank my bf and I went to add our son to his account and they make us wait a whole hour I understand that they get busy but the worst part was that we had our son with us and my baby needed to be charged so I ask for a bathroom and the (Latina)lady at the window was so rude saying that they didn’t have public restrooms, like really we were waiting for a whole hour and my 3 month old baby needed a clean diaper, so I have to go to my car and change him there. They need nicer people at this place. And if they are going to make people to wait that long at least have a costume bathroom only.

Worst banking experiences with them I have walked in multiple times. Last time came in was to open a credit card the banker that I was greeted by said go do it online with an attitude! I let that go did not report it all. Today I walked in trying to open an account for my daughter the lady banker today 7/11 says as I’m walking to ask for information “IM GOING ON LUNCH” walks away, I’m thinking theirs more bankers that can guide me with info I’m sitting down waiting for someone to help me she walks out of the back and walks straight to me gets extremely close to me letting me know that when she gets back from lunch she won’t be able to help because she has an appt. At this point I feel very disrespected theirs cámaras check them!
