Every time I come to this branch I have to wait at least 90 minutes to talk to an employee. Everything takes hours to perform; even the simplest of transactions. I had already spoken about this to the management. The district manager called my office, apologized and assigned me a personal banker / personal guidance by the name of Wilson due to my status at the bank. Wilson called me to ask me to go directly to his desk everytime I stop at this branch so that he can handle the transaction. The issue now, is that every time I have come into the branch since then; Wilson is not there. Hence another 90 minutes wasted for a simple transaction that online banking will not allow me to perform. A couple of days ago; I made an appointment with Wilson to open 2 accounts, set up an investment and a large deposit. When I showed up to my appointment, I was informed that my personal guidance was no longer with Wells Fargo and they referred me over to Travis. I waited patiently for 70 minutes to speak to Travis. As I was about to sit at his desk, he asked "what do you need?" I explained; and his response was "Sorry, I do not do any banking"My response, ok, I'll go do my banking somewhere else. If wells Fargo bank is not doing any banking anymore I am surely going to move my banking to a bank that does. Thanks for making it clear that you don't want our business.

DO NOT BANK AT WELLS FARGO! THIS LOCATION IS ONE OF THE WORST. IF YOU ENJOY WASTING YOUR TIME, STANDING IN LONG LINE, AND DON'T CARE ATTITUDE, THAN THIS IS YOUR BANK. Wells Fargo Banks don't really care about customer service. It is sad how it deteriorated, into one of the worst banks in WA state!Just got a reply from Casey HL social from the bank... It is the same response like all others, sorry for your experience, we will do better please email at this address etc... What I do not understand is why this bank in Kent with too many complains and lousy customer service, are still operating?This Wells Fargo Bank needs to look into their day to day operations, do an 3 months internal audit at this branch to see what really going on. Hire, fire, and retrain the managers and the tellers at this branch, and other branches as well. STOP GIVING US THE LIP SERVICE, ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS!

I try my best to avoid this location.There are never enough tellers inside, the line is always long as well as the wait time to get your banking done. The drive thru isn't better either. Avoid this location unless you are the first to be seen when they open, or you have no other choice.

I have a loan with wells fargo. I made a payment arrangement. I made the payment in cash at a branch, where i was told my payment arrangement would be cancelled because i made the payment. They still took my payment from my bank account, which resulted in several over draft fees. They wont pay that back, nor will they give me my money back for the extra payment. Dont trust these guys. Dont do business with them. They are liars and they absolutely will screw you over.

This is the slowest bank I have ever had to deal with. Sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and everyone is mad. When I got up to the window and 1 person is working 2 lines. Both lines have cars backed all the way up in the parking lot. They need to have more than 1 person working the drive thru. Get it together wells fargo. This is ridiculous!!!!!

Been here very many times no matter what time or day the tellers are always understaffed. It takes ridiculously long for even the simplest transactions extremely slow plan ahead

2 pm Friday i was finally able to pull in. Got in the line for drive through. After half hour and 6 cars from being able to make a deposit and get change for my business i was told the lane was closed. I plan on an hour of my time each day to deposit and get changeIs that how customers should be treated?

The greeter comes right up to greet you, 2-3 feet away, then asks you to practice social distancing. Took forever before I finally got assistance. After standing in line by myself for 5 min with no customers at the counter, I counted 9 employees, not including the drive through. Very poor customer service.

Shan Atapattu the male customer service rep was very knowledgeable and sweet! Although it took a very long time due to him verifying information, his hospitality made up for it. I would reccomend a little bit faster service with helping customers especially ones like me on breaks and 30minute lunches. But very respectful, happy people here. (:

I have been a WF customer since '06 and I always enjoyed banking with WF. But this branch has changed my opinion of WF and sadly not in a good way. This review is not about the employees, who try to do their best under circumstances, but is for management which is often missing from the branch and even if they are there you don't notice them. My first issue is the long queue, I would be okay if it was one time thing but every time on Saturday the queues are by the door and not enough people scheduled to handle the rush.Second, nobody is by the door to tell customer whether they need to go to a teller or a banker. Third, bankers will be sitting doing nothing where as tellers will be scrambling to deal with tons of people, where is your team spirit man, at least you can stand by the door directing incoming customers. My advice, avoid going in the branch, it's a mess.
