This review is for the pharmacy. Dropped off some prescriptions that I needed back the same day. Girl behind counter asks if I wanted to wait and have them filled or just drop them off and pick them up at a later time. I replied that if it wasn't going to take long, I would just wait for them. She said it would only be about 25 minutes. I said I would go ahead and wait. She states they will text me when ready. An hour goes by and no text so I go up to counter and she states they are "still working on it" and that it would only be another few minutes. I sit back down and wait. It has now been an additional 25 minutes that I've been sitting here and I still do not have the medications. So a total of almost an hour and a half so far for a prescription I was told would be ready in 25 minutes. Had you just been honest I would have gone and run other errands instead of wasting my afternoon sitting here waiting for meds that may or may not be ready any time soon. This is why I almost always use Walgreens. Thought I'd give you guys a try, but I won't make that mistake again.

my husband went to pick up my prescription and was turn away. Why? Be cause they said it was returned. I got one notice on my phone stating it was ready on tue could not go then and away on Wednesday. Hubby went on the next day Thursday. so I tried to call it in I tried 3 times, 1time said wrong script number, even though I could see it on my phone screen, tried again same thing, again I could see the number on my phone screen, third time I asked to speak to pharmacist and waited on hold for a long time. Called back again to try calling it in again. Put in my number and it read it back correctly ( 1st time during this whole mess). And this time the system asked if correct press 1 which I pushed, said I am sorry your having problems... and here we go agsun. It should not take 5 phone calls or 5 attempts to call in one prescription!!!! thinking about changing pharmacies .

I really enjoy coming to this Rite Aid while I'm in the neighborhood. It's large, clean, friendly staff, and the store is well organized. It's centered in the middle of the plaza that has many stores around it for convenience. They have all you need for a drug store. Cold meds, home necessities, make up, cleaning supplies, pet items, frozen foods and snacks, and so much more! There's even a clearance section in the far right back corner. Sometimes it's 50-70 percent off. I used to be an active coupon-er, and this place is very nice about coupons. You can stack their in-store coupons with the manufacturer coupon that you get in the inserts of newspapers. They have multiple check out stands, so the lines aren't very long if there are any.
