The lady at store was friendly, but don’t come here if you have a Samsung galaxy phone (like me) that needs to be repaired because they only fix the iPhones. I hope this helps.

Ali is a great guy, they have good people working here but they lack flexibility in pricing, there are competitors within the area that sell very good phones for considerably less, tried to get them to be competitive in pricing, simply refused. Went to a store in Southcenter was able to get the same phone they sell for about 100$ less without issue. The store hours listed on Goolge are not correct and the listed store hours at the location seem to not matter, nobody there, store locked up at 11:30?? All in all there are simply better shops in the area with much better pricing and that are actually open during their posted hours of operation.

An hour wait for one customer who was taking long to get his phone unlock could of help us out all i wanted was to buy a phone but didnt happen because the lady wasn't helping us out, u have lost money and a customer, you guys need to hire more people because the way i see things you guys are gonna make money

My son bought me a 465.00 phone from this store and when I had to charge the phone the charger itself immediately got hot to the touch because it was not the right charger for this phone.. When I went to confront the owner she said that all phones have the same charger but she was willing to sell me the correct charger at 20 for the right one. This is not right!! High end phone need the right voltage charger and I was not given the right charget..Not cool! :(
