Ferrellgas was extremely prompt in responding to our concerns about a propane smell. Even though it was after hours, Charles Brisco made the long drive across Sherman Pass and attended to our concerns cheerfully and thoroughly.

Charles did an Awesome job getting me set up with two 120 gallon tanks.
He's a great guy and went above and beyond to give the best possible service.
Great company I don't know why I didn't get these large tanks years ago! This definitely beats lugging the 100# tanks down to get filled especially in the winter.
I appreciate this very much and look forward to doing more business in the near future with my other projects;)

I am a new client and I am beyond happy with their service. From the friendly lady that help me set up my account to Charles Brisko who gave me all the info I needed to get started and took the time to explain things to me also to Chris the local employee that set my tank a week early and showed me everything on the tank including the shutoff valve and the meter that shows the level of gas in the tank. Thank you all for making my life easier by not having to haul propane tanks to the gas station to be filled.

Delivery personnel are great. The home office not so much... I understand you are just doing your jobs. The problems for me are that after being a customer for 20 + years I thought it might mean something. No you arbitrarily added $100. and $1000 to my autopay with no explanation other than "Things are just getting so expensive" and just after paying that $1000 to settle up my bill you stated couldn't have another gas delivery before I payed another $400 +. This was over last Christmas. I had to go buy 2 electric heaters to have heat. I am 72 years old on a fixed income. So when another company started delivering to my area I jumped on it.Thank you for this opportunity to say somethingPWPaul Williams
