Kettle Falls Pharmacy offers the best service I have ever had at any pharmacy in my life. When I cannot make it into the store they bring out the medicine to my car. Sometimes my back won’t let me get out and walk. I am so very grateful for their service!

One of the most refreshing experience when it comes to a pharmacy. Outstanding customer service, mindful kind, understanding , sympathetic, helpful , outstanding staff and great customer skills.Everyone complies and respect all community members by wearing mask and by providing curbside pick up for your prescriptions. Can’t emphasize enough but you won’t find a pharmacy around that meets all these criteria.Thank you .

I won't ever go back on purpose. Due to a clinical error our prescriptions were sent here for our daughter. They claimed they hadn't received them and we had to call our doctor to resend them While waiting in line I could hear my daughters name being discussed by the male pharmacist. I couldnt hear everything but once I heard her name they had sparked my curiosity. Meanwhile my husband received a telephone call from their female assistant asking numerous questions and asking if we were coming that same day...he explained his wife (me) was literally waiting in line. When it was my turn at the pickup window instead of any kind of greeting or acknowledgment a face mask was literally shoved in my face, without a word being said or explanation or request. Not one for confrontation I slipped it on without a complaint or explanation as to why I wasn't wearing one already. I identified myself and my daughter and stated I was picking up her prescriptions. The same clerk stated "the pharmacist is on the phone now"... I wasn't sure what that meant, or why she even said that. After asking a few basic questions, like did that mean there was a problem? Did they need my insurance? the assistant popped her head out and said that was the longest part and I would need to wait. I asked....a few minutes? A few hours? What should I do? They said it wouldn't be long but made sure to tell me they closed in about 30 minutes. I went next door and shopped and came back, at the pickup window the same clerk rudely just stares at me... I ask if my daughters prescriptions are ready and her reply was "no". I ended up waiting a bit longer and not knowing when I might get them I left. I wont be back again on purpose. I felt I was treated incredibly rudely and for no good reason. I wasnt difficult. I wasn't impatient. I even tried to make sure she had our current medical information the 1st time. She couldnt be bothered to be nice. The assistant spoke up and tried. The pharmacist was on the phone so who knows about him. But I certainly wont be treated like dirt by their cashier and spend my hard earned money at a place that treats me like dirt. These days I would rather do business with a place like that but not at the expense of being treated like a non human being.. To bad... I thought about sending my prescriptions back there for the long haul because location wise it's more convenient (I had switched years ago due to my confidential information being released to family member who wasnt even in my same home. Its an incredibly small town and I was mortified when they brought my prescription into my work stating they thought it was bad for my blood pressure and shouldn't take the medicine) but I most definitely will not be doing business there on purpose :(I couldnt believe how crummy I was treated today. I can't explain the actions by the clerk appropriately enough to convey what crummy customer service or professional service she portreyed. It felt like I had done something wrong or was a huge inconvenience to her:(

Takes hours to refill prescription to the point where I have had to ask my doctor to contact them. Rude employees who interrupt when you're talking and have attitude every time I go in and have been using them for 5 years. Their isnt another pharmacy so I have to continue coming back if there was another pharmacy I would not use them anymore. Peoole obviously hate their jobs.

Small town Pharmacy with friendly, yet highly professional service. Far better prescription pricing than any other pharmacy in the area. We have saved hundreds of dollars per month by switching to Kettle Falls Pharmacy. We highly recommend it!

This store has all kinds of gifts, from simple to over the top, greeting cards, treats, everyday items, glass art, and more. All in one cute little shop, where you can also take care of your pharmacy needs. Friendly staff and fun toys. By far, my daughter's favorite store.

This little home town pharmacy is a pleasant place to shop if you relish the small businesses of yesteryear. The employees are super friendly and very willing to answer questions and help. It reminds me of the days of old jc penny's, kress and the five and dime stores that were down to earth and cared about you rather than profit. Stop in and see them. You will be pleasantly surprised.
