Long wait Time for prescription sent in 3 days ago. Still not ready today!

Unreliable pharmacy. Unreasonably rude clerk. Submitted prescription online and was given a completion date of Sept 9. Still not completed on 12th so called - went to voicemail and left message - they didn't call back. I called late the next day - voice mail again. Went in the 14th, female older clerk formerly at RiteAid was ridiculously rude. My prescription was there...they didn't update their system...didn't notify me. Really just incompetent. I no longer trust them to provide medication without errors so switching pharmacies. Convenience doesn't override competence.

This pharmacy is super overwhelmed since the closing of the nearby Rite Aid. They essentially have a 3-alarm fire everyday trying to fill rx’s. It’s impossible to request a refill and then have it ready for pick up without physically going in to have them put it in the queue which means a 45+ minute wait. They don’t answer the phone, it’s just a complete hot mess. I don’t recommend going here.

Always seems to be out of medication. Also just kind of a judgy vibe depending on the medication you’re picking up. Feels unprofessional over all.

VERY SLOW.. Frequently say they're "shorthanded". Often out of stock for needed prescriptions.

Horrible pharmacy they never have all your medications and then don't tell you that they wont be getting more until you call the day your supposed onget more It has happened multiple times and some of the women there are rude. Do not use this pharmacy.

In my opinion, this is a great pharmacy. I have gone here for 7 years. The people who work here have been extraordinarily helpful. Waiting in a pharmacy line is almost expected these days but I seldom wait more than 5-10 min., even in busy times. The pharmacy techs have done things for me, like found an insulin alternative Rx when Molina insurance stopped paying for it and it costs over $300 per bottle, and I use 3 bottles per month. When they did not have my Rx, they called Rite-Aid and set it up for me to fill it there until they could get it stocked for their pharmacy. I can only speak for myself, but I have been treated very well here, above and beyond what I would expect.

Horrible service?? How about NO SERVICE! These are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I will never do business here again & would recommend to anyone that you go somewhere else! A good place NOT to business!
