“A bank isn't exactly a place I'd normally review for sure. Credit has to be given where it's due, however. The bank is amongst the list of places I don't really care to go to if I can help it. The bank of course joins the same list as the hospital, court, DMV, post office and other places you don't really frequent, but when you do again, you're not exactly smiling ear to ear.Here at this Wells Fargo though, as soon as I walk in, they always greet me. Every time. Even if there is a line, one of the tellers assures me they'll be right with me. They don't even have to do that but it's nice. When I get to the window, the tellers, are all friendly and helpful. I've dealt with three different tellers and each time they're patient and thorough with my business.I've only been a Wells Fargo a short time and don't know if they're changing their business strategy, but this particular branch is pretty good with their customer service.”

The teller welcomed us over right away and helped my husband in a really friendly, efficient manner. I would open an account here but due to the required monthly balance and/or fee to have an account, I stay away. This location has a small parking lot and is located in downtown Edmonds.”

“As far as 7-Elevens go, this one is tops. The slurpee machine is always tumblin', you can use the ATM in the back for BECU transactions without a fee, Redbox out front. And this one is super clean, and the staff are always friendly (unlike some other locations I've been to). Icing in the cake? On free Slurpee day (that would be July 11th for the uninformed), the nice lady working said we could take as many free Slurpees (in the 7.11oz cups) as we wanted. Heaven.”

The team of tellers and operations people at WF Edmonds have taken care of my families banking for over 15 years with professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness. Additionally, we just purchased a rental property through Wells Fargo; MonaLisa was our assigned loan processor and proved to be the most amazingly hard-working woman we have EVER had the pleasure to work with in home purchase! We were in a time-crunch to close the house; MonaLisa worked diligently to make sure this happened ON SCHEDULE and with as little inconvenience to us as possible- she made what can be a stressful time of home purchase into a relatively calm, smooth experience.
