“In my opinion, this is a great pharmacy. I have gone here for 7 years. The people who work here have been extraordinarily helpful. Waiting in a pharmacy line is almost expected these days but I seldom wait more than 5-10 min., even in busy times. The pharmacy techs have done things for me, like found an insulin alternative Rx when Molina insurance stopped paying for it and it costs over $300 per bottle, and I use 3 bottles per month. When they did not have my Rx, they called Rite-Aid and set it up for me to fill it there until they could get it stocked for their pharmacy. I can only speak for myself, but I have been treated very well here, above and beyond what I would expect.”

“THis is the type of medicine we should all be lucky enough to experience. They know their customers and really care. Even tho I have now moved out of Edmonds, I continue to use them as my Pharmacy.”

“Since I moved to Seattle, people around me have been raving about Fred Meyer as the best grocery store. I finally made it to Fred Meyer recently. I saw a review about not being able to use the bathroom here because no one knew the bathroom code, but that wasn't the case for me. When I asked a staff about the bathroom, he was quick to contact someone near the restroom via walkie talkie and I was guided to the restroom without a hitch. So I guess whether you make it to the restroom depends on who's working at the time. The place is huge and I wondered how staff is allotted for each section, but the employees seem to get along and I felt overall a good vibe at the store. The store not only has regular grocery goods but also an entire gardening supply section and even some furnitures. Seems like a good one-stop-shop where I would visit more often if I live closer.”

“This pharmacy has been fully staffed and better lately. And there are a lot of worse pharmacies in the area. The rest of the store is terrible but this is a very convenient drug store to get to by bus. I would be sad if they closed it.”

“The store was clean and organized and the staff members I interacted were all helpful. I'd like to highlight two separate staff members in particular: Nae and Elridge.

Nae who was behind the customer service desk was incredibly proactive and polite. She was instrumental in me being able to pick up my bulk order and was able to juggle incoming phone calls, coworkers, and fellow customers with a seriously magical flow. Even when a situation was unusual she handled them all with tact and a willingness to problem solve.

Although my decision to use the self-checkout lane meant that Elridge was not someone that I had the pleasure to interact with while checking out, I did get to hear him efficiently and charismatic-ally bag the groceries of customers going through the regular checkout lane. And even though self-checkout was as cooperative as it always is - read: not - hearing Elridge engage fellow customers while bagging elevated my checkout experience as well.

The staff that work at a business have the ability to make or break it and both Elridge and Nae deserve all the recognition, praise, and compensation for their continued excellence.”

“This QFC has become my go-to grocery store in the neighborhood. It’s always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a surprisingly wide selection for a mid-sized store. The produce is consistently fresh, and I’ve noticed they do a good job keeping local and seasonal options available.

The staff here really makes the difference. Cashiers and floor employees are friendly, helpful, and seem genuinely invested in keeping things running smoothly. The self-checkout area is convenient, and there’s rarely a long wait, even during busier times.

Parking is easy (a luxury in Seattle), and the store feels safe and welcoming. Prices are fair for the quality, and with sales and the QFC card, it’s easy to save a bit too.

Overall, this location manages to be both practical and pleasant — it feels like a true neighborhood grocery store where you can count on finding what you need without
stress.”

“I am unreservedly positive in my opinion of this pharmacy, they are a pleasure to work with when I need to get refills and I spend less, a lot less, than I did previously even with insurance coverage. No kidding, the out-of-pocket for my insurance “covered“ medicine was more than the straight up price here.I’d rather not be sick in general, but this business definitely makes things a little easier and that means a lot when everything else is so hard.”

“Great place! Family owned and best pharmacy besides Costco. Go there to support them as much as possible as opposed to Walgreens or CVS or any other corporate pharmacy including Rite Aid.”

“This is easily one of the best pharmacies in the area. And I've used several. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The only consistent problem is the horrible entitled customers who stand in line and loudly complain that they aren't being served yet. Then I suppose they come here and write bad reviews. I bet some of these people have never written a good review of anything. The pharmacy is open 7 days a week, and closes at the same time every day for a lunch break. The lunch break time is posted on standing placards in large letters and, like I said, it's the same time every day, all year long. But there's always someone who forgets this and complains that it was closed the last time they were here. Folks - they all eat lunch at the same time because there must always be a pharmacist available to answer questions, the assistants can't do that. The drive-up window is also efficient, if you order your meds ahead of time on the easy-to-use app. Also then you don't have to listen to the whiners. Win-win!”

“Nice place to buy jewelry like wedding rings. The sales people were friendly and they had a variety of options if you are looking to treat yourself to something luxurious or more affordable. I didn't feel pressured at all. The sales person I worked with was Devin and he helped me find a great wedding ring. They also are able to resize existing rings larger or smaller.”

“The pharmacy at this location has taken a beating as far as reviews go. As a 6 year customer, I have seen the struggles and have had my share of inconveniences. I have seen people absolutely lose it on pharmacy staff over insurance issues that the pharmacy tech had zero control over. I have been annoyed during times of short staffing, where I've called multiple times with no answer, forcing me to drive there. Luckily, I live less than 5 minutes away. With that said, I have had issues with a new physician clinic who just can't seem to call my prescriptions in on time or at all without a huge hassle. I want to say that Theresa had gone above and beyond to help me several months back to make sure that there was no interruption in my monthly medication. Joel is one of the friendliest techs that work there, and he always meets me with a smile and an apology if the wait may have been too long. Recently,I have had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa, another tech who has been extremely helpful with faxing my Dr multiple times as they seem to ignore many of their patients' prescription requests. Yes,the staff seems overworked and understaffed. However, things seem to be improving. Thank you to all who have helped me when my own doctor wouldn't. I feel that this pharmacy is on its way to recovery after years of staffing issues.”

“I get where a lot of people are coming from, when it comes to Bartell (since it was purchased by Rite Aid), but this location has consistently impressed me. Out of all the Seattle locations I’ve dealt with; they always answer the phone, are courteous, kind and helpful. Will transfer my prescriptions from other locations and always have them ready when I come in. (texts are super helpful). I don’t go to a pharmacy to “shop”, so I couldn’t care less about their store inventory. But they really have helped me and I couldn’t be happier with them. The pharmacy staff are so kind too. They are doing their best. Give them a little credit. It’s not their fault they are owned by a horribly mismanaged large corporation. Thanks team!”
