All of the staff there are very helpful and patient. They are very knowledgeable. They have reasonable prices.
I rented with them before and this time they were able to help me correct a mistake that I made. Sarah and the Gang over there over in Kingston are extremely down home. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with storage

Very clean facility! The on-line sign up and check in process was very well organized and made renting a unit easy and stress free! My work schedule is unpredictable at times so I appreciate the ability to access my storage unit between 6am - 10pm! Thank you!

Why would you change the code to my secure hallway and not tell me? I am furious. I pay my hard earned dollars monthly to store my belongings with you. And you're telling me I can't access my unit? Because the proprietor who lives upstairs, is off duty and not willing to walk down the stairs? Are you kidding me?

People were nice, too much signing for liability reasons I assume. Use of box truck for moving in was really nice. Having a step up into storage space made it difficult to use dolly. Very clean Impressive
