Owners kids ( whom not sure has a license )Cut both my bf and I and made us bleed. Bfs nail became infected after cutting him a bunch of times. Tried to report to health dept but they “ claimed he had an open wound on his toe when he came in” total bs. SAVE YOURSELF and do not patronize

I have been going to Star Nails since they opened years ago. The salon is extremely clean and customer service is beyond excellent. They all go way above and beyond just pedicures and manicures. They take walk-ins, but it's best to make an appointment since they are the local go-to nail salon.

I was way overdue for manicure/pedicure. Star Nails was such an amazing experience!
They know how to do cuticles like few others do and nails cut to perfection! I’ll be back. Highly recommend them!
Oh… and their massage chairs? AMAZING!!!

My Granddaughter and I both made appointments for the same time so we could have a happy, fun time together and enjoy relaxing before her wedding tomorrow. One expects it to be a good experience when paying to get manicure or pedicures. However today it was terrible! I feel this time we had planned to be sweet and memorable together before her wedding was robbed from us and we can’t ever get that back! The man doing her nails was obnoxiously loud and rude when she just asked a simple question about the shape of the acrylics he was doing. With a very angry tone he talked embarrassing loud with unkind , uncaring and belittling demeanor about her concern. This is not how you treat a paying client…ever. We will never subject ourselves to this type of behavior again and I would never recommend this nail salon because of him. I need to say his wife was kind and repeatedly apologized for him saying “ I’m so sorry” several times.

I am absolutely appalled by the experience my sister had at this nail salon, especially since it was for her wedding. The staff was incredibly rude and publicly humiliated her. The nail technician was openly irritated when she asked for a simple adjustment. They treated her horribly instead of the paying customer she was getting ready for one of the most important days of her life. Once the nails were finished they looked far from acceptable, thank god she had a gift card. This salon completely ruined what should have been a special and enjoyable experience. I would also avoid their waxing services. Horrible with eyebrows!!!

Great service, great with kids! I took my three daughters here on a Saturday afternoon and the staff were so kind and my daughters loved getting there nails done and the massage chairs!

I received a gel mani and pedi. I enjoyed the cleanliness and friendliness of Star Nails. They were swift at the polish. But did not skimp on the length of the massages (more like a rubbing) and included hot stone, which I love. A few of of my nails started peeling the day after I got them done so I called for a repair. They scheduled me in same day for a complimentary service. Unfortunately, they just blobbed on some new polish quickly creating an uneven color and texture. I attempted to ask for an even coat but was cut off—they were not available for requests. The repair was done hastily and the no questions asked service turned me off from wanting to come back here. A couple days later and my nails are already starting to peel again. I think they didn’t cover my tips properly. If you can get a word in edgewise, I recommend making sure your tips are covered. This place was so close to being five star.

Always in a rush because they over book. I have been going there for 5 years, but will not be going back. My last mani/Pedi was done in less than 45 min with none of the usual massage, hot stones and hot towels. Mani was the worst, I could have done a better job myself and in fact had to do some filing when I got home because of jagged uneven nails, polish lasted only 1 day before it started chipping.Services: Pedicure
