They won't abide by their own policy to deliver packages to homes that are less than .5 mile from the bank of mailboxes. (I'm .4 miles from the mailboxes.) When I asked them to do their literal jobs, the carrier left me a note (I didn't make obvious grammar corrections, FYI) that said, "Last year we made every attempt to deliver packages down your road. Every time we came down your road road gates would be shut we do not play the guessing game as it is a waste of our time. Therefor because of distance, road condition and gates we no longer make attempts down your drive. USPS Carrier".Facts:I never have had a gate.It is not a waste of your time; it's literally what they pay you to do.The road conditions are fine.I called the manager. She couldn't be bothered but did make a big deal of pointing out they deliver "mail" and I was talking about "packages." Ummmm, packages are mail.I'll be forwarding my complaint up the chain but I'm not holding my breath that anyone up there will care either.

The postal driver can not turn around in my driveway which is why I had to go into the Post office but there was no line to hold me up. Quick & simple smile on my face I was out the door and driving back home in a few minutes. Thank you

The clerks are very friendly and informative. The lobby was very clean and had no funky post office smell. The windows and floors were spotless.

As of August 2023, same issues as noted in other reviews: unable to deliver, no secure location, etc. FedEx and UPS do it all the time. I was told the drivers won't drive across the opposing lane to enter a driveway. Maybe vehicular delivery shouldn't be something USPS offers, if they can't perform the function safely.

Every employee I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful and the place is kept clean. My only complaint would be with the delivery people. They certainly won’t be getting any “extra miles” awards. But I haven’t had my mail lost either, at least not yet.

This is a typical post office, nothing out of the ordinary. You wait in line to do your business, and you hope that you get somebody servicing you that cares about your time and effort to pick up your mail. Or send something out. I've seen a lot of turnover on the customer facing side of the business. Most have provided quality service. Long-term employees, like Wade and others, have been constantly helpful over the years. What I don't like is that they don't have a service to deliver the larger packages at your home. They don't even attempt, and all they do is leave a slip saying they tried to deliver. And then I have to go to the post office to pick up the packages. I wish that companies like Amazon, Walmart, and others that deliver would not go through the post office but just us UPS all the time instead. It's especially hard to have packages. Go to the post office on a Friday, and I can't get to pick them up until the following Monday because it shortens the life of perishable item. I appreciated that one time I needed help getting a large box to my car, and Wade carried it out for me.It gets a three because it's a post office. I don't use the post office very often because I fully live in our digital world and never need stamps, which, by the way, are ridiculously expensive now.

How is it that the terrible ratings for this office go back 5 years and nothing has been done?! It was absolutely sloth that my package wasn’t delivered. Lazy liars! Do your (expletives deleted) job!

We have Informed Delivery so we know that half of our mail is never delivered. Plus, instead of delivering oversize packages to our door, the carrier wedges them into the mailbox with brute force. We had to use a box cutter to remove a package recently. Fortunately, the items were metal and not breakable or it would have been a mess.

I always receive notices that my package could not be delivered.I once watched the mail carrier from my livingroom window deliver mail to my mailbox (envelopes) and I was waiting for them to get out to deliver my package as I had been waiting eagerly. However, the vehicle pulled away and I recieved a notification via tracking site stating "package could not be delivered because front door could not be accessed" I have no fence, no gate, and the mail carrier didn't even get out of the vehicle.I called the postmaster immediately and asked why they could not access my door and told the story. The postmaster asked for my address and looked up my house online and was searching for a reason why my front door could not be accessed. The postmaster finally said that she had no idea why the package could not be delivered. After talking with neighbors in my community, they have told me same types of stories.

Please answer your phone! Seriously, in todays COVID and for those unable to drive or travel, answering the phone for a question or correcting when you are delivering mail when you've put a hold on mail. Had to get mail sent to another towns post office to avoid the terrible hours and service.

I ordered multiple packages, ONE of them was to be handled by USPS instead of FedEx, can you guess which package wasn't delivered? Not even a note left on the mailbox. Gate was open and my steps are right next to the driveway. The FedEx packages were left on the porch/stairs with no issues. On another occasion i bought a roll bar for my vehicle and after days of it being late and no note or phone call (despite the order requiring i enter contact info such as phone # etc.) I go to the post office and they said it was too bulky/heavy to fit in the truck or get to my driveway. They kindly let me take it to my truck by myself without offering to help, which i was able to accomplish easily without making excuses.. unlike their service which apparently is full of them.

Over 20 "failed delivery attempts" in a row for pretend excuses. There are ethics problems with pretending there are obstacles to accomplishing tasks one is paid to do. There is nothing wrong with our mailbox or access. UPS and FedEx seem to have no problem delivering our packages. This carrier problem has burdened far too many, for far too long. It is a disgrace and time it were addressed.
