Because my insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision, I was immediately suspicious of them. Well, I was wrong. First, the bid was less than half of my first bid. Second, they were so easy to work with. The estimator, Cherista, knows her stuff. She knew what Honda required in situations like mine and the information she gave was accurate. The woman at the front desk was very nice too. Big thanks to those two.
Communication from Caliber was great. They would text me updates every week. The only time I needed to call was at the end as my car rental agreement was expiring
Caliber has arrangements with several rental car companies and coordinates pick up and drop offs. Enterprise also gave me a good rate, I believe, because of Caliber.
Hopefully I won't need car body work any time soon, but if I do, I'm heading back to Caliber insurance or no insurance.

Would advise everyone to stay away from this place. Had really bad experience. Chris & the team took weeks to give an estimate, and then kept delaying the pick up date. Unprofessional & low standard repair shop. They took about 5 weeks for repairs only to return my vehicle with scratches & damages unrelated to the repair. These were not there when dropped off. Don’t know what they did to my car during the period it was with them . Didn’t even bother to clean the car properly to handoff. They don’t even have minimum curtesy to acknowledge the faults & fix it. Just want to deny & get away with it. They didn’t keep up the trust, just misusing the insurance & cheated me. Now I c there are lots of similar bad reviews listed here. I wish they would have corrected the mistakes this time . Plz choose another reliable body shop.

I'm happy with the outcome of my repair. My point of contact was Manny—he was courteous and efficient throughout the process. I appreciated receiving status updates step by step, which helped me stay informed. The repair took longer than I expected, mainly because it took time for all the necessary parts to become available. That said, the team did a solid job, and I’m satisfied with their work. I feel comfortable recommending this shop to others.

We had an incident where our car was taken in for service there. And an unrelated area of the car was damaged while in their shop. they came back at us with their perspective that it was already pre-damaged and it absolutely was not. It was disappointing to see how they handled the situation. On top of that they said they wouldn’t work on the car at all so it left us stranded in their parking lot. Maybe they do OK work based on other reviews, but my recommendation is to take a lot of photos of your car before you drop it off with these people. Or find a more reputable place to go to. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service received at this auto body shop. My Jeep truck was brought in for repairs, and after a three-week period, no work has been initiated. Throughout this process, there has been a notable absence of updates, a lack of a defined timeline, and consistently poor communication. While I acknowledge that delays can occur, the complete lack of progress and accountability is unacceptable. Furthermore, the shop did not provide any accommodations while my vehicle was in their care. It appears they were aware of their inability to complete the repairs, yet I was kept uninformed, resulting in a significant waste of my time and the unavailability of my vehicle for an extended period. Given these experiences, I strongly advise seeking alternative service providers if you value your time and require timely vehicle repairs.

These guys/gals are so professional, efficient and kind. The most traumatic part of my no-fault accident was knowing my precious car would be a total loss. They handled acceptance of the car, my insurance communication and the eventual towing away of my car with the most ease to me. Manny was an outstanding communicator. I hope I never need these types of services again but if I do I won’t go anywhere else.

I just picked up my car today.i was amazed at how nice it looked. They did an amazing job. Not only did they do the repair but they also removed all scratches on my car. Above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend them. And Chris was kind and professional

I've learned about this shop after reading a lot of reviews.
Took my car to get fixed here. That's when I met Rob - a person who knows his job really well and also a great help for a customer. After the first conversation with him I've been at ease knowing that these folks will take care of my car really well. While there were a few issues when I first went to pick the car up, Rob didn't try to downplay any of those issues. There was one issue which I (not knowing) tried to push for, and even then he wasn't upset. He just explained how things are in a very nice way, again, as a man who knows his job really well.
Fast forward to 6 months, my car got hit again while parked. Without any hesitation I brought it to this shop and again, they've taken care of it perfectly.

I rarely leave negative reviews as I tend to give a lot of understanding that a business is doing everything they can to ensure they’re meeting their own high standards.
However, understanding, patience, and the benefit of the doubt is lost for me with Caliber Collision on Kirkland. The first instance of doing business with Chris and the team at Caliber was met with friendly and personable service. Unfortunately, this did not follow through with their lack of commitment to completed tasks, respect for their customer’s time, and a disregard for requested communication.
After I dropped my car off, they surprised me with a shorter completion time of all requested repairs. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, I ended up waiting an additional 2 hours (waiting past their business closing hours). They informed me of some issues needing checking and after that two hours they asked me to return as they didn’t have the required parts and an unforeseen issue continuously popped up.
Trusting their expertise, I asked them to inform me when the missing part would be in so I could bring the car back for final repairs.
It took me calling them after several weeks asking for an update. Chris mentioned “we were just about to call you as the part just arrived.”
I then scheduled for my car to be dropped off the following week (Thursday). Chris also mentioned that this final repair wouldn’t take more than a few hours so I could drop my car off early and pick it up later in the day. As the day came to an end, I once again had to call for a check up. Chris then notified me that more time would be needed for repair and that the next day (Friday) would be good for pick up. I specially told Chris that I didn’t want to be without a car for the long weekend. He informed me that they would do their best to get the repairs done before the weekend.
I received a call late Friday afternoon that the car still wouldn’t be ready and that although they’re closed Saturday, they would have employees in to finalize repairs, and that I could expect to pick up my car by then.
I received no call on Saturday.
The long weekend past, it is now Tuesday, and I had to once again call them for an update as I had not received one the whole day. Chris informed me that I could pick up the car by 4:30-5 pm.
It is now 6:25 pm (they closed at 5:30), Chris has informed me several times that my car is ready and on the way back from the muffler center. I’m still waiting.
The kindness that the employees presented does not justify their lack of communication, continued delayed service, and inconsistent completion of tasks.
I would never recommend this location and would advise to seek other Caliber collision locations (if you choose to do business with this company at all).
Update: I picked up my car and instantly noticed trash and a bandaid in the drivers seat floor (photo included). After driving my car back home, I also noticed a vibrating sound that was not originally there. I’m looking at other locations to fix what the Kirkland location has messed up now.

Great place to go to get your car fixed for insurance claims for vehicle damage. Zero hassle on our end, once they had the car everything was taken care of. Even fixed a dent that was not their responsibility and not apart of the claim. Very friendly during the entire process. They detailed my car and it was very dirty inside and out, my husband drives 6 hrs a day and the car is always filled with dust and dirt from him running heavy equipment and it coming off of his clothes and boots. Very happy with everything from Caliber collision!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision after an accident, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right.
They kept me updated throughout the process with timely texts and calls, and when I had questions, they were quick to respond. Even when unexpected issues came up, they made sure to explain everything clearly and worked hard to get the repairs done properly.
Special thanks to Rob and his team for their continued effort and adjustments on my behalf — I truly appreciate their patience and dedication in helping me navigate through everything. It made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable.
Highly recommend Caliber to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto body repair.
